2 cups of rice
Butter or Olive Oil
5 cups of hot water
1 stock cube (Maggi cubes etc)
Salt& pepper
In a pot or in a pan heat 2-3 spoonfuls of butter. Add the rice in and stir until all grains are covered with butter. Add 5 cups of hot water, the stock cube and salt& pepper. Cover the pot and let it simmer until it absorbs the water.
