The carriage, now easily being past by curious on lookers rolled to a stop in front of a tiny, under used airport, where the odd passengers climbed out, greeted by gasps from those who weren't used to, "Monsters."

"Wow, look," Layla cooed, pointing at an airplane, "Giant microwaves with wings! Look furball we getta be athousand feet above the earth in one of those...wooot!"

Angel looked around, her eyes shifting in her perfect face. "We're not going up by the..clouds, are we?" The idea of being so close to "the big man" made her nervous.

"sure looks that way, Angeleyes," Layla laughed nervously, floating a few inches above the sidewalk, "Sure is different from the last time I was out side, it was only a hundred years ago...

Tala's eyes appeared dizzy and frantic, as if they were searching for something. "Must... have... chicken salad sandwich..." Yes, for Tala was a werewolf who craved not the blood of the innocent, not the souls of countless virgins, but as a werewolf, she craved the extravagantly homemade chicken salad sandwich.

"I bet they have some in side, fuzzy," Layla crooned patting the wolfish creature, "We gotta get on one of them microwaves so we can go to DC, come on Clairbear!"

"....Grrr..." Tala absentmindedly immitated a grizzly bear as she stared blankly at a tree a few yards away.

"come on peeps...lets go before the giant toaster takes off with out us!" Layla chirped, whinely.

"Fine!" Angel stalked into the building, a sour look on her angelic face. "But God better not get a whif of me."

"That might be kinda hard with the way YOU smell," Layla giggled, floating tauntingly, just out of Angel's grap as onlooking travels sreamed and ducked out their way.

"Hey, I don't smell bad. You're the one that smells like two-hundred year old basement."

Layla's bottom lip began to quiver, "i loved my basement...you big mean, holy, poophead!"

"I'm HUNGRYYYYY...." Tala wailed and began to totter uselessly toward Layla with an empty look in her eyes.

"Yo hairball...whatchya eatin' me for?" Layla mocked as Tala walked straight through her.

"I hear on the winged monsters, they serve you a whole meal..that they fit in to a tiny bag!" Angel said glancing around at the terrified mortals. She smirked and turned her holy radiance up a couple of notches.

"Teehee... Skinfull humans afraid a li'l ol me!" Layla cooed as she led the way through the terminal, you guys gonna keep up?" she asked the rest of the lagging group.
