Personality: Strong, independent, calm, and most recently, a leader. She is not an unfriendly person though it may seem that way at first.

Appearence: look at the pic. Her hair is long and very red making her rather distinct. It used to be kept carefully tended and cared for by a servant so it used to be kept in braids or some other intricate hair style to keep it out of her way and secure during work. Now she lets it fall messy and free. She has never seen it of course, but she's been told many times in her life she has striking hair, and so she makes sure to wear a hood if she goes out on a raid or rescue mission. Her eyes are techinically pale brown but are obscured by a milky haze that lightens them and blinds her. Despite being a full adult for some time, Cicily is still rather short, only 5 ft 5 in or so. This doesn't effect her presence much however. Years of being one of the deadliest guards has left her with a absolute control of her body that radiates in every move she makes. Her clothing has quit her job as much as she has. Where she used to wear well tailored clothing and specially made armor for her duties that made her lean and intimidating, she now wears loose fitting clothes that seem just thrown on her, which is not far from the truth. In general, her wardrobe has just become 'lazy' and she likes it that way. Her hair and clothing, which she can feel both of, are reminders when she wakes up in cold sweats, that she is no longer a Lily, that she doesn't do those things anymore.

History: Cicily (Ciss to the other women) was born blind and was assigned to do menial duties, ‘servant’s work’. As she grew, she learned to compensate, then quickly over-compensate for her blindness. Now, to anyone who doesn’t see her eyes, she doesn’t really seem blind. She has incredible hearing. When she mastered staff fighting using her blind-cane, she was assigned to be a guard, but defected after some years to the Resistance. Her reasons aren’t very clear, but she’s very fierce toward anyone who doubts her sincerity. She seems to have had some great injustice done to her that made her decide to ‘quit’ her job.
