Appearance: 6'8" tall (3 inches of that due to cybernetic implants), dark skinned, shaven head, and smooth faced. He has the build of a professional football player, but moves with the grace of a dancer. His right eye has been replaced with a cybernetic prosthesis, which is made of a chrome-like metal. His lower back (if seen unclothed) also bears metallic adaptations, where his cybernetic augmentations are bonded to his spine, as well as powered by a rechargeable fuel cell.

Notable Enhancements/Attributes: Typical muscle and nerve augmentation for increased strength and enhanced reflexes, reinforced subdermal skin grafts, artificial joints, and perma-corrective eye lenses all in accordance with Basic Handler Specifications. Right eye has been replaced with a cybernetic version that allows for scopeless zooming when using a rifle.


Weaponry: .50 cal sniper rifle and tranquilizer variant, 9mm automatic submachine gun.

Personality Profile: Cyrus is a cool, collected character, as befits a handler. However, unlike some who work within the compound, he has little patience for disorderly conduct, and if needs be, isn't afraid to pull a trigger to put a Special down. However, coming from a decorated military background, he also understands the importance of following his superiors' orders, even if they go against his wishes. To him, the Specials are simply another mission, one that requires both protecting and containing. Needless to say, he finds Luca to be a bit difficult to work with - the Special's age and occasional 'firey' disposition {not intimidate but rather) concern Cyrus, as he feels that the man could easily lose his cool and escape if any news of the Doctor reached the Compound. His other wards are simpler to deal with, and he generally finds himself dealing with them as a benevolent keeper.

History: With his parents both working in the armed forces, it was natural for Cyrus to want to follow their lead. He studied in a military school, taking on all military extra-curricular activities he could to prepare him for his desired adulthood. When he came of age, he was offered a fast-track into the Army, but he refused and instead chose to enter through the regular pathway - to him, this would mean getting to know his fellow recruits and how grunts were trained from the ground up. Upon finishing basic training, he was sent into the warzones in Asia, and his cool head and bravery on the field resulted in commendations. Not long into his service, he was picked to join a Black Ops mission, of which he still does not talk about, but through which he was recognised by the upper echelons, his actions being integral to the success of the mission. It was only natural that The Compound would headhunt him as a handler. He chose to opt for the cybernetic upgrades he now has during his training and in preparation for the standard Handler surgery. In his time in the Compound, he has been reprimanded once for excessive force, but like a true soldier, he has taken this on board and learnt from it.
