Drows

They have banished us to the darkness...And we shall have our vengeance!

Drows are a race derived from Silvidarthians. Once, long ago, there was a clan of Silvidarthians that had dabbled in the dark arts of necromancy. As Silvidarthians revere life, naturally, they banished the clan from their land.

The clan's original intention had been to, by studying death, find a way to conquer it, or even reverse it. The clan tried to convince others that their intention was not bad, however no one listened. They fled into the shadows of the Drunost Mountains, which at that time was uninhabited. When the dwarves moved in, they were forced to move yet again, hiding in various hidden tunnels of the mount, going unnoticed for centuries. At first they lamented their past, but soon their will bent on vengeance.

Drows have skin ranging from the shade of a faint pink, to a dark blue, a result of much time spent without seeing light. Like the Silvidarthians, they have silver hair, and night-vision. However, going for so long without the benefits of the Silver water had led them to lose their strength. Drows cannot enter sunlight without having their eyes damaged. A rare few have combated this, allowing themselves to enter the world above. A few others have found other alternatives, such as wearing a cloth tied over their eyes.

Drows have become the greatest race for necromancers, studying this art underground for as long as they existed. With their agility, adeptness at night and stealth, they also make th ideal assasin. They are masters of the night, having a natural hatred for the Silvidarthe. However, they do not mind their inmates, the dwarves. Evil at heart, they have a twisted code of honor, however are strongly bonded to others of their race. They believe that it is them against the world.

The drows are naturally, of darkness, having the royal name of "Darknight", the "Bringer of Darkness", and the Staff of Darkness.
