Appearance: Elimen's quite intelligent, and it sparkles in his eyes. His fur is pure white except for the dark grey tip of his tail.

He moves gracefully, primarily through sweeping, true-flight levitation. It's made all the more beautiful by his ridiculously long tail. It's about twice the length of his one-and-a-half-foot body.

Skills: Elimen is telepatic. Since he lacks vocal cords, that's how he speaks. His thoughts, though he can make them specific to a single person, usually reach everyone in normal earshot. He also hears the surface thoughts of others. He tries not to blab other peoples' private musings to everyone around, but sometimes he forgets himself and responds without thinking. He flies better than most winged beings, bolstered by psionic energy, and can make other things levitate on a far more limited basis. He's fast, and also capable of becoming intangible on a limited basis, so hard to catch. His only decent attacks are psionic, aimed directly at an opponent's mind. They aren't lethal, but can stun pretty nicely. He might also throw things at people with his levitation. He doesn't have any skill in physical fighting worth speaking of. Just the small-mammal ability to jump in your face with little tiny teeth and claws. Don't piss this guy off or you'll need a small band-aid or two and an over-the-counter antiseptic.

Personality: Elimen is highly intelligent and very well-read, much more so than his personality would imply. He tries hard to be dignified, but he's quite excitable and almost always hyper. He makes the latter far more obvious than he would like by speaking too fast and swooping around in tight little infinity signs. He can be impetuous, but if forced to stop and consider his actions, he's known for devising excellent strategies for a given task. He's a bit arrogant, in both his knowledge and his appearance. Don't dare to touch the tail. He seems a bit fickle, having a different favorite person every day, but in truth, he never forgets his "old" favorites and is quite loyal to anyone who's ever been called his ally. He likes friends, excitement, crossword and logic puzzles, and good food.

History: Elimen is a construct, created by an exceptionally powerful mage. Elimen was a beloved familiar, and quite attached to his creator. When the wizard was slain in battle less than four years after his birth, Elimen curled up and waited to die. After cringing in place for some hours, he hesitantly began to draw the conclusion that the spells used to create him were designed to simply sever his energy from his father's, were the latter killed, so that he would survive.
After that, though, he became quite depressed, and spent years alone poring over the mage's library. Eventually he found that he'd read the entire thing. At that point he decided that he'd been sulking too long, and now flits around wherever he feels like it. He cheered up rather quickly after getting out of the house. He follows his love of excitement wherever it wants to go, especially if it leads to new friends, new knowledge, or new experiences.

Other: Elimen can purr, growl, hiss, and make other assorted small-mammal sounds. He likes to sit on people's shoulders. He also likes having his ears scratched.
