Abilities/powers: Super strength and impenetrable skin just like before, but he has learned a great deal of control so he doesn't break much anymore. He has also learned to use the immense power of his legs to leap great distances.

General appearance: Massive. Nearly 7 feet tall, all of 500 pounds, corded muscles, barrel chest, long limbs and a trim waist that gives him a noticeable upside-down triangle shape from his shoulders to his straight hips. His pin-straight hair is mostly still short but hangs in his steel grey eyes because he hasn't had the time to bother with it lately what with everything else going on. He now has a full beard of the darkest black with just a few greys here and there.

Personality: Much of his previous light-heartedness has been replaced with a gritty resolve not to let this world plummet into disorder and mayhem. He has to be a strong leader that the students can rely on to both protect and show them that death isn't always the answer... though sometimes, it is. He knows now that you have to break a few eggs to make an omlette, and while he is never in favor of harming others, he has to look at the bigger picture: he has a family now, and a dream to protect. He will do so at any cost, so long as it doesn't compromise any more of his principles.

Brief History: Thrust into leadership, Vlad felt obligated to keep the mansion open to fulfill Xavier's dying wish: to strive for a world where the X-Mansion was no longer necessary. Reintegration into society was his utmost concern, alongside protecting his fellow mutants from the world, and sometimes the world from his fellow mutants. While the world dissolved into chaos, he and Flame grew closer and six years ago they were married unofficially in a private gathering of close friend. Three years later they discovered that she was with child. Thrilled, panicked, worried, and mad at himself for bringing a child into the world during this time of crisis, Vlad is fueled even more so to fight for a world worth leaving to his son and all other mutants and humans alike.
