Physical, Blemiyeh fight well thanks to the advantage of not having a head to be knocked around.

Description
The only difference between Blemiyeh and humans is that they have no heads. Instead of eyes, they use an adaptation much like the lateral line existent on fish to detect magnetism from other beings. Their mouths are where the base of the neck would be on a human, and their ears are on their legs. How this race evolved is a mystery to all scientists, but some say that it is of demonic influence.
