Physical, With their bodies undeveloped, they rarely cause fatal harm with attacks.
Wail, the scream of a child rips through the sky, temporarily deafens enemies.

Description
Discarded by their mother, cephalothoracopagi find shelter in out of the way areas. It is said that at night if you listen closely you can hear the wails and cries of the mutant children. The closer you get the more terror is stricken in your body by the woeful cry. If you get too close to them them will wail very loudly and runs at you pulling and hitting as hard as their under developed bodies can.
