Passive or Aggressive: Aggressive, as they are trained to guard the most sacred of temples and treasures.

Common Attacks
Claws, with the retractable claws of a lion, Lamassu are quite able to hold foes in place or cut them easily.
Strengthen Powerup Magic, When threatened, Lamassu will double their Strength and Stamina to ease the defeat of trespassers.
*Desert Magic, The sands and winds are at the control of these mighty guardians.

Description
Lamassu are the creation of great wizards long ago during the 4th age of the world, after the split of the four children of Fellrise. They were created to safeguard sacred artifacts from dire foes, a job which they hold above any other interest. They are mainly just lions with wings, however a key feature that sets them apart from most felines is their very human-like face. Their faces slope downwards, and their noses have become much more human. Although still recognizably a cat, this human-like face has sometimes made adventurers think that the Lamassu are capable of speech and forming words. Sadly they are mistaken, for Lamassu only obey the owners of the temples and artifacts they guard. Most of these owners have died long ago, but even though they are deceased, their treasure remains safe so long as the Lamassu live on.
