Common Attacks
Physical, Merfolk appear like humans, but their mouths are filled with sharp, beak-like mandibles hidden away under their lips.
Sirenia, As the middle caste of the merfolk, Merfolk are the workers and other tedious tasks of their merpeople covens. They do anything to defend their peers and home caves.
Songs of Sorrow, Merfolk are known for their songs which inspire feelings of doubt and fear as well as the more common sorrow for which the song is named.

Description
The Merfolk of the Great Atole are of the most dire specimens that include sirens and magyr. Typically the Merfolk are more affectionate towards female mortals, and will even attempt to impregnate them to continue their merfolk lines. Both male and female sirenia look, sound, and act feminine, although the Merfolk are unlike other sirenia and appear slendor or even sickly since their purpose is more for working the hatcheries of their people. These Sirenia live to feast on the mortal men's flesh and depend on entire ships coming towards them under the spells of their siren peers. Merfolk are more dependant on their peers for sustainance, although their working caste is irreplacable for maintaining the nests of the sirenia.
