Passive or Aggressive: Aggressive, Yali have quite the temper, especially the males protecting the young.

Common Attacks
Tusk Fangs, A unique adaptation for these lions that allow them to duel with each other, or to pierce their victims like a spear.
Claws, like other large cats, the Yali are quite adept at killing prey easily.

Description
The Yali are the most monstrous of the large feline predators. With a long dormant gene in their bloodline passed down by sabertooth cats, the Yali have taken that gene and adapted it to form tusks much like an elephant. While the males have longer tusks than females along with a prominant mane, the Females typically do the hunting as the Male's longer tusks would break much more easily if used to kill during a hunt. However the dominant male of the pride does frighten away rogue Yali to protect his offspring and will generally kill other creatures that wish to harm or kidnap his progeny.
