If one was to suddenly find themself in Ghosts astral realm, they would quickly become dizzy and disoriented. For it is literally an upside down, twisted and warped version of the physical world, with a very transparent window only a few feet in front of the person, that leads to the physical realm beyond. The transparent window however seems to always stay just outside of reach, even if one was to reach out in front of them and try to touch it. If a normal person was to enter this realm, they could leave it just as easily by focusing on somewhere beyond the transparent window, and "will" themselves beyond the veil and appear back in the physical realm, at the exact spot that they focused on.

For Ghost however, since her life force resides in the astral realm, it takes a tremendous amount of energy and focus in order to leave. While she is physically manifested in the physical world, her energy and lifeforce will steadily drain, therefor forcing her to inevitably "despawn" and go back to the astral realm to recharge.

2014-12-08 [Vhnori Valmos]: This is just a rough draft of how the astral realm works for Ghost. Im still working on better ways to write it, and give it a better description and it will be updated every chance I get. For now though, this is at least better than nothing.
