Eye color/shape: Bright green (passed on from the Brightwood genes). Almond.
Hair color/style: A nice alburny red. Shoulder length falling in natural ringlets.
Face specifics: heart shaped and fine boned. Pale skin with a one brown freckle/beauty mark under her right eye. She has a pretty mouth with full lips and a small delicate nose. She has the classic beauty of a 1940's movie star.
Body specifics: Fit but very feminine looking. While she has a curvy figure, it's not quite hourglass. She has long shapely legs, average bust and backside, and a flat toned stomach. Basically, she's a bombshell.
Occupation: After doubling majoring in biological anthropology and archeology and then going on to get her masters in archeology she started working for Harpwell, Alcott, and Howl Inc. Also know as H.A.H. She's their field agent, traveling all over the world to acquire magical items, artifacts, and sometimes creatures.
History: In the 1600's one of the Brightwood sisters (see Nell Brightwood's Bio) married a man named Howl, who had prospects in the new world. Ever the adventurer, Sarah moved to the colonies (Salem) with her husband and daughters, bring with her the Brightwood magical traditions. As luck would have it, her husband didn't live out the first winter, and after narrowly avoiding the Salem trials because of a case of the Dragon Pox, Sarah relocated to the basically uninhabited coast of Maine. The family's legacy continued and they remained in Maine. Helena's mother owns a sister store to Nell's Raven Hollow Books and the family also has large investments in Marcus Alcott's magical supplier and black Market trade.
Personality: Helena is a pistol. She's out going and fiery, with a quick wit and glib nature. Not one to stay in one place for too long, she's always up for an adventure and a good time. She's charming and seductive when she wants to be (which is a lot of the time) and like many members for the Brightwood and Howl family, people are natural drawn to her. This, of course, she exploits to no end. Like most of her family, she has a bit of a sneaky streak, and can sport quite the temper.
Sexual preference: men, Men, MEN! Being a very sexual creature, she wouldn't call herself a fast, but she does like a good steamy romp every now and then. If someone has an interesting personality she'll go for them but she tends to be attracted to strong, gruff, manly men. She wants someone who won't back down and will match her fiery temper blow for blow. She's also not into the idea of settling down and starting a family. She's never been in love before (she's been in lust countless times) so when she finally falls it's gonna hit her like a tone of bricks. 
Relations: A mother who owns the sister "book" store to the Brightwood shop in England, a father who is a marine biologist, a mad scientist for a younger brother, and a cantankerous old Granny. She's related distantly to the Brightwoods and was raised to consider them cousins.
Abilities: Being from a long line of witches, Helena is endowed with the classic witchy powers.  Her special talents lean more toward defensive magic and potions/poisons. While physically fit she's not really one to partake in hand to hand combat, and often relies on magical items she's picked up on her travels. She's very good at smooth talking, being stealthy, and deceptive. she also has her pilot license and owns several renovated vintage planes her favorite of which is a refurbished Royal Aircraft Factory SE5A WWI Fighter (see link below), which is red and named Baron after the Peanuts cartoon. She has a pure bred Huskie named Scout, who travels around with her.
clothes She's very into reds, dark purples, browns, and greens. Helena is a very classy dresser, with a style like that out of the 30's and 40's. Her work outfit is very Indiana Jones. She wears khaki jobhpurs with dark brown knee high boots, a white button down short or long sleeve shirt, brown belt, and fitted matching khaki coat.
