Dean & Haniko:
"Ahh here we are my Lady."
Graham said moving aside.
"Thank you, Graham."
Fern said before answering Dean. "Apparently some sort of underground chamber..."
“Something about this place look familiar,”
Dean said looking around. “But I can't remember what it is.”
"In that case, this place must be very old..."
Fern ran her nails lightly over the brick wall. "Or at least the foundations are."
"It definatly seems to be old...but stable."
Luki said looking around.
Dean's eyes widen as he remembers why the dungeon looks familiar. “This is the place where I was experimented on,” Dean said as he stopped walking. “I never thought that I would be here again.”
"Are you alright, or do you want to go back upstairs?"
Fern asked.
I can always have Graham explore down here, later...
“I'll be fine, lets just keep going,”
Dean said as he started walking again.
"Hmm soo besides that do you like it?"
Nova asked as they reached some cells.
Fern smiled gratefully at the aristocrat. "I think we could find these very useful in the future..."
"If those...Blood games start up again, this would be the perfect place."
Luki said glancing into a cell.
Fern exchanged glances with Graham. "For holding the participants, definitely, but the rooms are too crowded for an audience. We'd need an arena of sorts for that..."
Dean shifts to his human form and walks to one of the cells. 'The humans will pay for what they did to me here,' Dean thought as he unknowingly started to shift into a werewolf.
"...Didn't you say you couldn't take a wolf form, anymore?"
Fern narrowed her eyes but kept her tone openly curious.
Was he hiding this from me? Why would he? His fire skills and demon form are more valuable...
“This is the first time I`ve been able to since escaping from here,”
Dean said as he picked up a medicine bottle from the ground. “I think that I may been injected with something to stop me from shifting to my wolf form when the humans were exprimenting on me.”
"That would explain it."
Fern agreed. She signaled Graham to keep an eye on Dean. He seemed honest enough, but if this had a delayed reaction, what else could?
Luki looked Dean over almost like he was dissecting him with his eyes."Interest
ing." He muttered.
Dean looks at Luki and makes a fireball in his hand. “Unless you want to be burned, I`d back off Luki,” Dean said to Luki as the fireball grew a little in size. “I may be in my wolf form right now, but I still can use all of my abilities.”
"That's enough." Fern said, stepping between them. "If we're going to take down an institution as vast as the government, we'll need to show a united front to both our allies and our enemies. That means trying to get along, or a least pretending to in public without killing eachother in private."
"Of course, my apologies." Luki said the apology was meant for both of them though.
"Dont worry Fern, it is common for people to fight at first.....they will get used to each other." Nova stated.
Fern bowed her head at Nova. "With all due respect, if they kill eachother before that point is reached, it will never happen." Fern frowned a little. "It seems some boundries will have to be established."
"Can't stand a situation you can't control, ringleader?" Aspen's voice rasped from nowhere.
Dean makes the fireball dissappear and puts his hands in his jacket pockets. “It's all cool,” Dean said as he stepped out of the cell.
Luki smiled. "So do we follow this or have a look at the rest of the house?"
Fern smirked at Luki's question. "Oh, Graham~ Once we're done exploring I want you and the Greco brothers to inspect this place. Brick by brick, inch by inch. I want every crevice, doorway, and mousehole on record and I expect a full report as well as completely detailed maps and charts on this area by this time tomorrow."
"Yes ma'am!" Graham answered before going to get the brothers.
“I think there may be a hidden office down here somewhere,” Dean said as he looked at the wall. “But its been a long time since I was last here.”
"If it exists, they'll find it." Fern assured Dean.
"I doubt it.....most of the this place was in ruins when I found it, so I had it rebuilt." Nova said.
“I`ll come back down here later and look around myself,“ Dean said as he started walking to the stairs. “But until then lets look at the rest of the house.”
"You called." Blaze asked walking in with his hands in his pockets. His brothers in tow.
"I assume Graham filled you in?" Fern raised an eyebrow at the demon brothers.
“This is a suprise Fern. I didn`t know you had demons working for you,” Dean said as he looked the brothers over.
"Graham introduced the Grecos to me during the Blood Games anniversary party..." Fern said with a tight-lipped smile, having mixed feelings about that night. "They've been working with us ever since."
"That party was great!" Blaine said smiling. "Yeah Fern was....interesting that night." Desmond declared.
“This is good. I can tell that one of them controls fire, one I think controls earth, and the other one maybe wind,” Dean said to Fern. “If its ok with you Fern, I would like to make a small team to carry out small hit and run attacks on the government. To make them uneasy of course.”
Fern had a thoughtful look. "...I like the idea itself, but I'll have to discuss with Graham who would be best to assign to such a team. He's really the best at keeping track of who would work best with whom and on what projects." She shrugged. "Besides. The Greco brothers usually chose their own tasks. Perhaps one or two would like to join."
Graham came up. "Luki several of your men have arrived."
Luki "Alright thank you, Graham. Please excuse me." He bowed before heading for the stairs.
"Of course." Fern responded to Luki before she turned to Graham--with the memory of the party fresh on her mind--and shot him a glare that to most would have been absolutely bone-chilling.
"Aww when you look at me like that..it almost seems like you dont like me." Graham said pretending to be hurt.
"And when you say it like that, you almost sound innocent~" Fern said with a sickly-sweet voice. "Seeing as we'll be having so many new neighbors and co-workers, I expect you to be on your best behavior." She added flatly, "Not that it'll make much of a difference, but some effort would be appreciated."
Dean nods and leans against the wall. 'Will, you and the government don`t stand a chance,' thought Dean smirking.
"That doesn't sound fun." Blaine muttered then Desmond elbowed him in the chest. "She shouldn't have to say it, if would just listen." Desmond growled.
"How true." Fern agreed with Desmond as she gave Graham another tired look. "Full report. This time tomorrow. No bar until I have those papers and charts in my hand."
“I think I`ll help Graham and the Grecos out down here,” Dean said to Fern, “that is if you don`t need me elswhere.”
Fern gave Dean an understanding look. "That's alright. I don't have anything planned for now."
"Yay! We get to play with a new friend!" Darryl said happily as it came up.
Dean nods and looks at Graham and the Grecos. “Lets get moving then,” Dean said as he started walking past some cells.
Blaze pulled out some papers and started sketching. "Oooooww Blaze is in his zone." Darryl said as they followed.
Dean notices Darryl`s eye color. “So I take it that you either control water or lightning,” Dean asked Darryl as they walked.
"Hehehe you'll have to stick around to find out!" Darryl said running ahead. "Darryl get back here!" Graham called.
"Oh I`m sticking around,” Dean said as he calmly walked after Darryl.
Darryl stoped. "Whooop dont want to go that way." It said turning around and turning down a diffrent path.
Dean continues to follow Darryl. “Do you have any idea where you are going,” Dean said as he started to jog to keep up with Darryl.
Darryl came to a complete stop. "We wouldn't be doing this if we did, know now would we?" It asked. Then they started walking again.
"I don't doubt your skills, Darryl," Dean said as he stopped beside Darryl.
Blaine kneeled down. "We should go left." Blaine stated as he got up.
"Then left it is," Dean said as he looked to the left.
Blaze handed his sketching paper over to Blaine. "Write it down."
"Right." Blaine replied as he started sketching.
Dean turns to the left and starts to walk slowly with his hand on the hilt of his sword. "You guys coming," Dean said as he walked.
The brothers turned and followed, Blaine kept his hand on the wall as they walked.
"Something isn't right here," Dean muttered to himself as he slowly drew his sword. "You guys be ready cause we are not alone down here."
"Geez, paranoid, much?" Came a familiar rasp. "I just wanted to see how your little vacation was coming along~" Aspen's giggle echoed throughout the halls as she materialized beside Graham. "Anything of interest to report, yet, Kitty-Cat?"
"I guess I'm a little paranoid just being down here Aspen," Dean said taking a deep breath and slowly letting it out. "I still remember the screams from the other captives from when I was here."
Graham's eye twitched before he responded."nothing really to report....I beleive Blaine is about half way done with the map."
Blaine looked up when he heared his name, then nodded in agreement before going back to sketching out the map.
Dean walks over to the wall and runs a hand along claw marks on the wall. "We should be close to the old office that used to be down here," Dean said looking at a indentation on the wall.
Aspen giggled. "Her solemness always had a taste for the dramatic~ I guaruntee you whatever changes she made down here were for her own amusement and the builders' agony~"
Blaine gave a nervous glance to Blaze and Desmond before continuing on.
"Hmmm I wander how many builders died this time?" Darryl giggled but there was a slight fearful undertone.
Dean smirks and looks at Darryl. "I wonder how many of the orginal builders died when this was first made," Dean said to Darryl and Aspen.
Aspen shrugged. "Wouldn't know. That was back before World War 3. Way before my time." She faded away.
"Wow! Why back before Would War 3?!" Darryl said happily.
"That's Nova for ya, always getting the fancy old stuff." Blaze said as they turned the corner.
"I was held here from 2005 to 2012. That I believe was before world war 3," Dean said to Darryl.
Darryl gave him a quick puzzled look. "Hmmm okay. I'm sorry but I dont really care."
Blaze glared at his little sibling. "Be nice."
"Ok does the last name Blackfire mean anything to you," Dean asked with a smirk.
"Hmm, well yeah a long time ago...they where a problem for some demons...but demons hardly talk about them any more." Desmond stated.
"That would've been my brother's work, Will Blackfire. I'm his twin brother Dean," Dean said.
"I see." All the Greco brothers besides Blaine replied.
"Now that you know who I am,I hope it won't be a problem," Dean said looking at the Greco brothers. "Because if you've heard the stories about the things my brother has done, just remember I can do the same things he can."
"Dont you feel bad? I mean we now know alot about you...but you dont know much about us." Darryl asked.
"I know that you all are demons and we are on the same side. That's all I need to know for now," Dean said to Darryl. "Besides I'm not the one you need to be worried about."
"You're right, I dont really trust that Luki guy." Blaine & Darryl replied.
"I don't trust Luki either. Let's just watch him for now," Dean said to Darryl.
"Hmm but I'm sure you don't fully trust us either." Darryl said with a wide smile.
"Enough." Blaze told Darryl as grabbed its shoulder.
"I trust you all more than I trust Luki because we are alike," Dean said to Darryl. "I'd rather work with demons than I would a vampire even though I'm part vampire."
"Odd but alright." Darryl replied stopping in front of a large door.
"Alright let's see what's behind this door shall we," Dean said as he walked up to the door.
"Isn't this the room you wanted to find?" Blaine asked.
Dean takes a deep breath and opens the door. "This is the room I was looking for," Dean said looking around the old office. "I just need to know the reason why I was experimented on."
"What the H***... this can tear someone to shreds." Desmond said going over a odd device.
"This one is made so you will bleed to death very slowly. I think it's safe to say...that this isn't a office anymore." Blaze stated.
Dean looks at the device. "This looks familiar, then again the way it's made is different," Dean said as he walked closer to the device.
"A gift," said the rasp off-handedly, as if Aspen was only half-paying attention to their conversation. "Her dramaticness wouldn't say who for, though."
"I see. Maybe I could use it on my brother to torture him before I kill him," Dean said to himself but loud enough for every one to hear.
"This place is filled with torture devices....But no papers, desk or anything officy." Blaine said looking around.
"The humans must have cleared everything out years ago," Dean said walking over to a wall. "There is something off about this wall. It feels different somehow."
"Stand back please." Blaine said walking up to the wall with a smirk.
"As you wish," Dean said as he stepped back from the wall.
"Oh wow for a fake wall this was made really well! So sad I have to tear it down now." Blaine said as the wall began to crumbled.
"Yes it was and I think I've found what I was looking for," Dean said as he noticed some filing cabinets behind the crumbling wall.
"Ooooo~ It's like the tomb I read about..Oh look rubble!!" Darryl said looking around.
"Darryl..stop it.*Sigh* Well the cabinets seem to be in fairly good condiction." Desmond stated.
"They do don't they. Now to find out the reason for what happened to me," Dean said walking up to one of the cabinets and opening it. "This may take a bit to go through if y'all want to go on ahead that's fine with me."
"We'll stick around...besides I don't think Darryl wants to leave." Blaze replied.
After a while he found his file...It stated the test they did on him and what effact it had on him...but in the end it didn't really state why they did it.
"I should've known that they wouldn't leave a explanation on why they did this to me and my brother," Dean said as he sat the file down. "All this does is gives me more of a reason to take the government out."
"The government never does anything that doesn't benfit them the most." Darryl said looking at a chair that age hasn't been very kind to.
"They did get one of their test subjects back, my brother," Dean said as he heard footsteps comming their way. "We have some company comming."
"It's Mark...and someone else?" Blaine replied.
Mark came in. "*sigh* This is Haniko...she's are newest memeber..take care of her until I come and get her." Mark said as he started to leave.
"Hey! your just going to living...just like that?" Haniko asked.
"So Haniko, what brings you here?" Dean asked looking at Haniko and her sword.
"Oh I was traveling....and this seemed interesting, besides isn't better to travel in groups?" Haniko replied looking him over.
"Travelling in groups is ok along as the others in the group don't try and leave you behind," Dean said to Haniko. "I prefer to travel alone most of the time though."
"Hmmm that's kinda odd for this day-and-age, but hey I was travelling alone so I don't really have any room to speak." Haniko replied before going over to one of the cabinets. "What's this?"
"It's a part of my past that dealt with this place," Dean said as he started to look at his brothers file. "Feel free to look at the files if you want."
"Hmmm I see....I'll let you tell me if you want." Haniko replied walking away rom the cabinet.
"OOOOOOOOOH!! I WANT TO SEE!!" Darryl said running over.
"I was experimented on here over 300 years ago along with my twin brother who now is working for the government." Dean said setting the file down. "Me and him was the only 2 werewolves to survive having vampire genes injected into our bodies."
"Hmm interesting...I'm sure they are still doing test like that. It is purely human nature to want to get stronger, yes?" Haniko asked as Darryl picked up a file and started flipping through it.
"I guess it is. It's too bad though that they won't be able to do those tests much longer." Dean said as he stood up. "I plan to destroy the government and my brother and nephew with Fern's help."
"Oh, okay...can't say you dream small." Haniko said as if it was a everyday thing.
"It's kinda hard to when I can change into a 50ft tall nine-tailed fox demon and control fire," Dean said to Haniko. "So do you have any family around, Haniko?"
"Yes and No." Haniko replied looking at a desk in the corner of the room.
"I see. Blane, are you guys good with out me being down here cause I'm going outside for a bit." Dean said as he walked to the door. "Would you like to come along Haniko? I could show you a few of my other abilities."
"Okay."Haniko replied walking up beside him."Don't break anything while we're gone."
"Umm we wouldn't...we're older then you kid....Yeah will be fine."Blaine replied he seemed a bit annoyed.
"Oh huh! Here's something interesting!" Haniko's voices came from around the corner.
Fern smiled as she came around the corner. "And what would that be, Haniko, dear?"
"Human blueprints or..hybrid blueprints if you will." Haniko replied turning around with some papers.
"She been here almost all day looking for some treasure." Blaine stated.
"From the looks of things, she might have found it..." Fern eyed the papers.
Haniko handed over the papers. "I hope so."
Fern took the papers to look over. "Well, you're quite the little researcher, aren't you~?"
"Hehe I just figured there'd be some papers left over some..since the case files where still kept in good condition." Haniko replied.
"Clever, clever, Haniko, dear." Fern hummed.
"Miss' Fern...why do you do this kinda of work?" Haniko asked.
Fern blinked and brushed the bangs out of her hair. "...I can think of different answers to that question, so you'll have to specify, dear. Do you mean working against the government or working for Nova?"
"Against the government." Haniko replied.
"I'm...not a fan of humans. And the government wasn't a fan of my methods of dealing with them." Fern kneeled down to be eye level with Haniko. "Really, I doubt I'd be able to walk down a populated street without them hunting me down at this point. They're more of an obstacle than anything else at this point. Or...the majority of them are."
"Majority of them?" Haniko echoed.
"There's a certain red haired debutante that I need to settle the score with." Fern replied to Haniko. "It's not in my nature to leave things unfinished."
"I'll help you best I can." Haniko stated before asking. "Do you think I'll be able to get my brother back?"
"Of course you will, Haniko, dear." Fern smiled as she stood. "You're a strong-willed girl. Hell hath no fury like our kind~"
Haniko smiled. "We should look at this papers in better lighting."
"Of course, dear." Fern turned to Blaine and Mark. "Coming along, boys?"
They nodded as they followed. "...May I hold your hand?" Haniko asked.
Fern blinked in surprise. "...I...suppose... If you really want to..."
Haniko happily took her hand with a smile.
