Description:  Hotaru is as close to an albino as one can get without being born with it, as the radiation dispersed most pigments in her body. Her hair was bleached into a light cinnamon color and her eyes are pink with the same light golden color within the iris. She has burn scars that decorate her body from her collarbone down. Darker colors of her kimono at the time of the dropping of the bombs correspond to clearly visible burns on her skin touching parts of the garment exposed to thermal radiation. She effectively is stripped like a tiger or zebra with tan burn scars. Hotaru stands at a height of 5'7" without shoes, and is skinny with average sized breasts.

Training: None.

Enhancement: Not so much as an enhancement but more a freak of nature. She is uncontrollable, when not mostly drugged she cannot speak, cannot control her actions. The air around her can jump in temperature incredibly fast, causing a lot of things to instantly suffer from internal combustion. In the advance stages of this swirls of flame dance around her as if she is the center of the storm. Bullets melt before they hit her, people burn and die before they can reach her feet and the very building or surrounding landscape melt in flame. She's only been seen once in this stage, and the Nazi's simply waited from a distance while she burned herself out, then captured her while she was weak.

History:  She survived beneath the first wave of bombing in a shelter while away at school, then was pelted by more radiation and bombing, being reborn in the flames. Her whole family of seven was there, and she was the youngest and in this fact, they all piled on top of her to protect her. Their bodies helped filter out the deadly radiation, and instead let through the poisoning rays that altered her DNA. Hotaru wandered the Japan landscape from then on, for a year she festered in the ashes of her homeland. A wandering Nazi unit discovered her, and fed her rage. She literally walked onto a battle ship and melted a hole in the bottom of it, drowning many Nazi's. Hitler did not know what she was, but ordered her capture. It took them a few months before they could.
