Jeremy's room

Junior Opened the door and sid "Here ya go."

Jeremy looked up at the room and nodded "Alright..."

"You can decorate." Junior sid "It ain't all that bad.'

"Got nothing to decorate with" jeremy sighed, still in his hospital gown "know anywhere I can get clothes?"

'Studnts leave stuff behind all the time when they leave." Junior said "We've amassed a rather large spare wardrobe. We only keep the good stuff just incase someone like yourself ends up here."

Jeremy smiled gently and walked into his room "uhhh... you mind if I have some privacy when I change?" he asked, going to the wardrobe.

"OH yeah!" Junior said quickly and skidaddeled threw the door closing uit behind him with a snap.

There was a small 'tok' noise as Jeremy rested his bony head against the wardrobe door and groaned "Wonder if anyone's going to like me here..." Sighing, he opened the door and looked at the clothes. Five minutes later he stared down at himself, wondering if the pile of clothes on him were standing up of their own acord. He was wearing a pair of thick trousers, which might have been used for polar exploration for all he knew, and a red shirt. He was so skinny however he looked like he was wearing tents, his shirt flapping loosely and Jeremy was afraid to move his legs incase his trousers fell down.
There was a knock on the door "You ok mte?" Junior asked opening the door juuust enough his voive would carry beyond the oak barrier.

"Fine, you can come in" Jeremy called back, staring down at himself "I look like a demented strawberry..."

"What did you do?" Junior asked "get the clothes out of the front?" He crossed over to the closet and began digging into the back of the closet. "Your what a small or a medium?" He pulled out a few pairs of kakies and jeans with a few t-shirts." The last kid who stayed here never cleaned out the closet I don;t think. The kid before him was a lot smaller than he was.

"Better if you say Im small. I dont care about showing a bit of green skin so long as it doesn't feel like Im wearing a tent" Jeremy said, blushing slightly and making his skin go even more green.

"Trust me mate." Junior said "I know how you feel." he poulled a few more shirts and pants from the closet "Try inheriting your aunt's legs. If it's not vacuformed to my body I can't walk. Try finding pants with a doubel knee."

Jeremy blushed gently and somehow managed to pull on a small black and blue patterened shirt without removing his redone, even though it lay on the floor infront of him. "This fits better..." he said, looking down at it.

"There are a few more things in here." Junior said. The only part of himj that was visable was the tip of his tail. "If you don't like any of it you can borrow some of my clothes till we can get you some new ones." Sudenly his tail went out of sight "OOF!" there was a loud clanging and banging inside the closet. "HELP! I'm drowning!"

Jeremy meeped in surprise and did what he always did when he was surprised. He died. His body colapsed slowly as his ghost drifted quickly into the cupboard after Junior.

Junior was burrined iunder a pile of hangars and clotes. He was pulling himself pupweard out of the fray when he turned and say Jeremy's ghost. "WOAH!" he exclaimed "Freaki sweet!"

Jeremy's cheeks seemed to become transparent as he flushed slightly. He began to help untangle Junior, not seeming to care that his hand sometimes drifted right threw objects.

"Dude that is so cool!" Junior exclaimed as he took Jeremys aid. Once he became intangable and slipped threw his grip but Junior had made it to his feet. "that is awesome! Sereiously dude!"

Jeremy's head was almost completely opaque now, blushing so hard at Junior's comments. He made a small embarreded thumbs up sign to Junior and drifted back into his body.

"You showed me yours." Junior said "Wanna see mine?"

Jeremy cricked his neck gently and nodded "Yes please." His hair was down to his waist again, his nails didn't seem too bad but they could still be considered lethal weapons at the moment.

Junior Popped his knuckels and said "Ok lets see." He begn counting on his fingers. "I'm fire/heat proof, my tail is prehensile, I've got hightened agility, a .4 strength level, which means I'm just a little bit stronger than your average body builder and I can do this..." He drew on the energy from the lights in the room. Theyu flickered momentirily and he put his hnds together. A thin strand of white energy peared between them and he flicked it like a whip. Knocking a mirror off the wall.

Jeremy blinked at the display, grinning gently "You ARE Hellboy. But more like an Indiana Jones version than John Wayne."

"I can concentrate energy into different things." Junior said transforming the thin line into something that could be mistaken for a pistol. "HB is n alright guy. Abe Sapian is freakin cool as hell though."

"Is there any news from them? Are they gonna help us out?" jeremy asked. He secretly wanted to meet Abe and Hellboy. Even if it was just to hang out.

"I'm not sure." Junior said "I just got back today and they usualy deal in threats of mysticl origins."

Jeremy's flicker of hope went out quickly "Oh..." He looked around at the rooma again "Do you know if anyone's meant to be coming for us? Fantastic Four? Avengers?"

"Why would someone be coming for us?" Junior asked.

"Nevermind..." Jeremy sighed, smiling gently at Junior "What are we actually going to do here? Do proper missions or have wild parties?"

"From what I've guessed were not letting the school close." Junior said "The teachers who've already left want3ed us to. But... Well Xavier, the guy who founded the school. He wanted to create a place where mutants could learn and feel safe. We've all been trained to handel some really wierd crap. I know what I've learned has saved my life more times than I can count. I sereiously think we can do some good. We may just be a pack of teenagers but we're third generation X-Men. We not only have a reputation to uphold we can't let Xavier's dream die.

Nodding slowly, jeremy thought hard "Will you teach me how to become an X-man then?" he asked, staring up at Junior. "I'd like to do some good as well.."

"Sure mate." Junior said laying a hand on Jeremy's shoulder "We'll also see fi there isn't some way we can stop ou from decaying to death."

"Im only this colour cause I spent a day out of my body once" Jeremy said, looking down at his hands "My brain cells dont seem to die though... I guess that's the only part of my that lives. I wouldn't be very good in a fight though...." He looked up at Junior "How do you train anyway? Do you all just attack me or something?"

"you've not seen the danger room?" Junior asked astonished

Jeremy shook his head "No, I havent seen the um... 'Dangerous room'. What is it?"

"Mate!" Junior exclaimed "It's a hard light holigram generator. I'll just show you." H began feeling his pockets "Where di I put that wiki link?"

Jeremy blinked and pointed to the door "How about we just walk?" He went out, following Junior to The Danger room3.

Jeremy was led in, if "lead" involved his feet dragging across the floor slowly while Maribel and Phinagin carried him into his room. He was a mess, and his clothes rather stained with blood. What he had on that is, since he had given his trousers to Junior and was wearing nothing but a shirt and a sheet.

Phinagin, with the help of Maribel, got Jeremy over to his bed and laid him down as gently as possible. "Need anything else Jeremy?"

"Got any water? Cyanide pills?" Jeremy groaned into the bed, his mottled green skin making him look even more sickly that he actually felt, which was saying something.

"Well, if you give me a few days I think I could get my hands on some cyanide." Phinagin said with a smile.

"Doesn't have to be no fancy imported stuff" Jeremy said with a small wave of his hand "Any cyanide will do..."

Maribel rolled her eyes at the boys and ventured to the bathroom where she found a cup. After washing it out, she filled it with sink water. Hopefully that would do just fine. When she returned, she passed off the cup to Jeremy, unable to help being curious as to what they went through.

"Thank you Maribel" Jeremy said, taking the cup and swirling it for a second before taking a long drink. He really needed to get through his head what had just happened.

'Perhaps we should leave you to get some rest?' Maribel signed, trying to be as helpful as possible. She wondered had she been tossed into one of these 'personal hells', would she have survived?

"If you want" Jeremy said simply, frowning and rubbing a hand slowly across her cheeks "I don't mind either way... really." He both really wanted company, and really wished he was alone, and he wasn't sure which side was going to win.

Maribel looked to Phin for guidance. She had no idea what Jeremy wanted and hadn't a clue to what the group had gone through.

Phinagin smiled and patted Jeremy on the knee, "Come on, Maribel, let's let him rest." He figured that if Jeremy really wanted them to stay then he would say so.

The problem was that Jeremy had recently spent his time beating them all to death as they tried to kill him. He liked the others, they were his friends, but it just... he'd seen the inside of Maribel's back, and he'd had to take Phagin apart using Waya.

'Would you like me to check on you later? Maybe bring you something to eat?' Maribel asked, trying to be helpful.

"Yes, please" Jeremy said to her with a smile, peeking out from beneath his arms over his face to see what she was saying.

Maribel offered back a smile and headed out of the room with Phin. She was pleased that despite her hideous mutated body, her friends still spoke and saw her for who she really was. That or they were good at pretending. The two headed out to The School Entrance Hall (unless you wanna go elsewhere?)
