Personality: Out going, yet when he talks there seems to be a haunted look in his eyes. caring, and has been known to skip town on a council meeting on seemingly a whim. This is often chalked up to an Elders prerogative, though many of the younger members take issue with it.

Physical Appearance: Tall (6’6), blond hair, with fair skin of his race. Kasai has piercing blue eyes and well musceled. As a noble

Powers: Before he took up the title of Noble he prefected the art of fire, taking it one step further to wield lightning.

Strengths: He is very loyal to those who are close to him. His gifts he uses sparingly and only if he must, though he has no qualms with practicing and training.

Weaknesses: That which he holds on to he will fight dogmatically to keep, often ignoring what danger it may pose to him.

Weapons: A long double handed sword that he can weild single handed. Also a re-curve long bow.

Hobbies: Teaching others how to use a sword. Weapons and armor, he is a perfectionist when it comes to such things and sees to making his own arms personally, and has been known to repair other’s weapons and suits…sometimes of his own accord.

Abilities: When not stuck in the politics of the city, he is abroad wandering. Indeed it is seldom he appears at the council though his word is much valued. A skilled huntsman, and as skilled as any Sea elf at Navigation.

Pets: An oriole (Black eagle) named Seriphim.

Loved ones/ Realatives: His Mother and father live along the borders of the 2nd and 3rd kingdoms, his lover Lileath anar was lost to him in a human raid when he lived along the coast. He has had entertained several potential suiters since then but her memory makes it hard to move on.

History: He grew up along the coastal shores of the 2nd kingdom, and as a youth was quite adventerous going so far as to become a mariner. His father, lord of the Coastal city was reluctant to approve, prefering that his cherished first born take up something more traditional and safe. Eventually he rose to captain a boat of his own, and it was then that he met Lileath. She quickly became both a close friend and his secound in command. They fought side by side in a number of skirmishes and battles to protect the coastal waters. She gave him Seriphim as a birthday gift. The great eagle has since been his most cherished possession. Human raiders, desperate to gain an advantage launched a surprise attack on Kasai's own home city. In the ensuing battle Lileath was lost, many died that night and it wasn't until after the Humans had been driven off that he realized she was missing. He moved to the Capital shortly afterwards having received and place as high councilor.

Other: He wrestles often with the thought that Lileath's body was never found, and to this day he wonders if he will find her.
