Lemirian Wendigo

Info - Wendigos are one of the most unstable and powerful creatures ever to be created by a necromancer. Initially an accident, Wendigos ooze such decay and darkness that they damage anything they come in contact with, their bodies are formed by an acidic white mist that saps the life out of anything it touches and corrode any material it comes in contact with. As far as anyone knowns, Wendigos are mindless, and hard to control. When summoned, a Wendigo is usually unleashed upon its enemy, using its toxic breathing, it can decimate an entire batalion in a few seconds. One of the Wendigo's most interesting skill is its ability to phase between ethereal and material shapes, gaining different abilities as it does so.

Special Skills
Ethereal - Ghosts are ethereal beings, they can only be hurt by magic or other Ethereal creatures.(Ghost Form)
Nether - Being Nether-beings, if a ghost is touched by a living being, this being must make a constitution roll or take d4 death damage.(Ghost Form)
Shriek - Twice a day, a Wendigo might perform a horrible supernatural shriek whih works as the cause terror skill.(Ghost Form)
Undead - Ghosts take damage from healing spells.
Non-Element - Wendigos are not known to have any particular elemental afinities, meaning they are not vulnerable or reistant to any magical attack.
Regeneration - Every round, the Wendigo regenerates 5 MP.(Hellspawn Form)
Mana Shield - The Wendigo has a permanent Mana Shield activated, half of all the damage he takes is diverted to his MP.(Hellspawn Form)
Magic Beacon - Whenever a spell is cast within a 6 square radius of the Wendigo, or a spell is cast from any range at him, the Wendigo drains the caster of half the MP required to cast that spell.(Hellspawn Form)
Sapping Mist - The Wendigo is so unstable, part of its being constantly shift into a mist and then reattach to its body, all the squares adjacent to the wendigo are covered in this mist, which drains d6 HP from anyone in it every turn.
Materialize - The Wendigo can choose to be ethereal (Ghost form) or physical (Hellspawn Form) at will, in ethereal form he gains ghostly abilities, but is unable to attack at full power. When it changes, the wendigo must wait at least 2 turns before being able to change again.
Mist Breath - The Wendigo can breathe out a cone of sapping mist of 5 squares long, 4 times a day, the mist lingers for 2 rounds.
