Mango Sorbet Recipe

This is yummy for hot summer days and easy as :D
Ingredients:
4 mangos - peeled, stones removed and cubed
250ml (8 fl oz) sugar syrup
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Preparation method:
Place cubed mango in a food processor and purée. Pour in sugar syrup and lime juice and purée until smooth.
Place in an ice cream maker. Freeze thoroughly.
Sugar Syrup
A simple sugar syrup is made with equal parts sugar and water (i.e. 1g sugar for every 1ml water). For 250ml of sugar syrup, combine 175g (6 oz) caster sugar and 175ml (6 fl oz) water in a medium saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring, until sugar has dissolved. Cool before using.
