Neil Gaiman: Anansi Boys review
Fat Charlie isn't quite fat anymore. He lives in London, has a decent job and a lovely fiancée, but he never really feels comfortable in his life. He has always lived in the shadows of his father, Mr. Nancy, and when he dies, things start to go worse. Charlie discovers he's got a brother and not just any brother, but one who's just as annoying as his father, and is trying to take over Charlie's life.
Neil Gaiman returns to the themes of his
American Gods with this hilarious fantasy story of an old god and his two sons. Different stories and characters collide and create a mixture of fantasy, myth and something only dreams provide.
An entertaining book to all Gaiman's fans and to all of those not yet familiar of his brilliant story-telling cababilities.
Read it!
