Poem's Title: Already taken
Poem:

As I watch and see what I want for only me
But I can't because you're already taken
I watch, you're so hot, you're nice to everyone and you laugh a lot
I know it ain't right but I want you're light
Next to mine, you're so fine and I want you to be mine
But I can't cuz you're already taken
I feel like a tigress stalking her prey
But I guess it just ain't my day
cuz you're already taken
And I know you won't be unfaithful
So I close my eyes, sigh some sighs
Smile sadly and hide whats inside of me
cuz I don't want you to see me watching you
waiting for your first move
cuz I don't want you to feel the kiss of my tears in the rain
I don't want you to hear my voice in the wind
I don't want you to see my eyes in the blue summer skies
I don't want you to go through what I do, everytime that I see you
Cuz you're already taken

Poem's Title:Losing Time
Poem:

Mother, father and son
awaiting lifes true course
choices made, heading set
move on without remorse
distance is good
or so we are told
move on without remorse

The line moves forward
"I'll miss you so much."
"I know I'll miss you, too."
move forward, stay the course
"I love you buddy."
"Ahub Dada."
move forward, stay the course.

Security check comes
"I can't go farther."
"I know, I'll see you soon."
Watch them pass double doors
Kiss for her
Kiss for him
Watch them pass double doors

Out to the car in drizzling rain
Unlock the door, start her up
Seatbelt and ready to drive
Just sit there and cry.
"I'll see you soon.
I'll see you soon.
Just sit there and cry

A ringing phone, dark midnight
"Hey sweetness, how are you?"
"I miss you so much." "I miss you, too."
Just a memory, just a lie.
Plane crash
So alone
Just a memory, just a lie

So how is it I go on alone
To face cold dawning sun
In my heart I know the truth
We will be together again
I know not how
I know not why
But cannot wait for when.

Poem's Title: Reality
Poem:

I escaped!
I had done this before,
So long ago I barely remembered,
But I never managed to escape for long.

Enjoy these moments while they last,
My mind shouted at me.
So I did savoring my surroundings,
Trying to imprint them in my mind,
Knowing I would be caught again,
Unable to remember the brilliant detail,
Left with a dull memory.

I saw dragons and tiger-men,
Underwater cities and weapons of times forgotten,
I lived those moments with pure joy in my heart,
Experiencing the excitement of my adventures,
My travels into the unknown.

Then I felt it coming,
Knowing there was no escaping or evading it,
Dreading once again being caught,
And dragged from my dreams,
To the awaiting reality of my life.

Nobody can hurt me
Nobody can give me pain
Nobody can kill my spirit
Except me , and I soon will
if nobody can make me laugh .

Poem's Title:The Clan
Poem:

The Clan

We are the clan the world outcast
We'll be in the future and have been in the past
We the clan live in a povered state
And your generosity holds our fate
Here are the people you threw out
Living with sadness, fear and doubt

There in the alley is Nancy McKay
Her father abused her then sent her away
She now sells her body so she can eat
Only ten years old and on the street

We are the clan that people don't want
And these are the streets our people haunt
Our lives are short and many die
Forced to the streets to live under the sky
Our hovels, our homes, our cardboard box
Scattered across our many sidewalks

See that corner under the flashing light
Johnny died there the other night
Ten rich boys beat him with sticks
Until he stopped moving upon the bricks
The police they came but didn't care
To them its just another street kid out of their hair

We are the clan the world threw away
Out in the streets and thats where we stay
Hungry and homeless with no one to love
And thats how we'll stay until we're taken above.
