Onboard the Demon's Eye of the Red Sea, Captain Carmen, Kit the lookout, Kano the smith and Johnny the second mate fight and win against the Imperial ship, the Buxton. After the battle, the crew decides to leave for Tortuga. Kano is sent to keep an eye on a man in the brig. Carmen, Veronica and Xion exchange pendants with each other and the crew heads for Port Royale.
