I’m waiting,
Waiting for something
I can’t reach,
Can’t put my finger on
Something some could never teach
Can’t sing it in a song
I don’t know what I’m waiting for
Don’t know what I can’t reach
Don’t know what I can’t put my finger on
Don’t understand my speech
I hope I find what I’m waiting for
But I guess I’ll never know it
When it comes
Or if it comes
I can’t say I’ll recall it
But I’ll be waiting.

So Far down

Oh I’m down this time
Fallen on my hands and knees
Take me
Or this dirt beneath me
I can’t stand up anymore
I’ll rest in the mud
As the sun clouds over
And the rain takes hold of the day
Drink down this pollution
This acid rain
And by the time you start seeing clearly in the rain
I’ll be spinning
Drunk on the rain
And the luscious mist
Will mask the rainbow
And you’ll miss the colors
As they dance in the droplets
Run my hands through the puddle
Wash my hair in this pollution
Put a flower in my hair
Oh hell, I’m down
I’m so far down
And I fall to these emotions
Take me now
Or the dirt beneath me
We’re both the same
You won’t recognize me
If these clouds fade away
Blood shot eyes from tears
Laughter and sobs
So drunk from the pollution
Gather up the flowers

I need to rest
But my rasping breath
Won’t let me sleep
My eyes won’t shut
And the rain keeps the chill
There’s nothing left

Now, for once

And I’m loosing sight in rain
I may never find my way home
And I’ll fall victim to this pollution

Half Demon to Full


First you tingle then become numb
You’re blinded by light
And you feel sorta dumb
Your heart changes pace
Purple lines on your face
Claws extend
Teeth extend
They all become long
Your eyes become bloodshot
And you know something’s wrong
Light and dark
They both become one
Then you see red
And you know that it’s almost done
Your mind clouds with rage
You’re mad at the world
And you cry out in pain
Then you scream
Cause you’re going insane
Your mind and your vision all start to fade
Your heart beats
But it’s no longer yours to beat
And that’s it
The battle’s one
But not by you
But your other side
And inside you know it
You’re starting to die
So your memory fades
And you heart’s thrown away
And you’re stuck as a monster
‘Till the end of your day.
