A single wish
A shooting star
A lifelong dream
A hoping heart
A child whispers
A parent listens
A mother smiles
A dad heads out
And a morning dawns upon the sky
Christmas presents showed until
The final present reveals itself.
A child smiles, despite himself
And the parents laugh with relief.
