Simple Salsa

Salsa is terribly easy to make!

You need:
• 1 onion
• 1/2 bunch cilantro
• 3 tomatoes
• 1 large jalapeno pepper
• 1 small can of chili peppers (or to your taste)
• The juice of limes (I recommend two)
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 clove garlic (chopped)
• 1/2 tsp. sugar

(Note:Milder salsa can be made by substituting sweet peppers for the jalapeno and chilies. Hotter can be made by increasing the onion and peppers.)

Method:

First you just rinse the veggies.

Then chop the onion, tomatoes and cilantro.

Next you finely chop the jalapeno and the chilies. Add them to the tomato mixture. (I'd wash my hands after this o.O)

Finally you add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

You can use it immediately or refrigirate. I find it's better the next day after the ingredients get to mix. ^-^
