As you may, or may not have noticed, [
Mordigen] has retired from her position as Editor in Chief, which is something we didn't think we'd see happening any time soon. But sometimes change happens. We wish Mordi the best of luck in her future and we know that
The Town Herald will be a sad place without her passion and enthusiasm.
This brings us to the new beginnings, with Mordi gone things will be quite different; we are seeing a lot of changes within the Herald. As you may have noticed the pages have all been spruced up and rules have been revised. We hope that this will encourage more participation from you, our readers. We also hope that you appreciate these changes, especially as there are more in the works, regarding the Herald's content.
We have decided to change the publishing schedule of
The Town Herald. The Herald has always had a somewhat erratic publishing schedule; we are hoping to fix this by making the Herald Quarterly. As there will be fewer issues, there will be more content, the Herald will be fuller and more alive than you've ever seen it. It's a shame that we will not be publishing as often but it is for the greater good.
Anyway, onto the good bit! Issue 20 of
The Town Herald. Hurrah! We hope you enjoy what you see here and we also hope to see you in the next, currently themeless, Town Herald.
