Character Name: Captain Chistopher Page
Age: 35
Description:A man of average height, Captain Page stands tall at 5'11. Always is seen in proper captain's clothing; never wears what commoners wear but also isn't over the top too fancy. An average size hat can be seen on his head unless he is in his quarters, where there his dark brown hair shows. Captain Page wears a few scars of battle though most are on his arms and chest with only one minor scar on his left cheek. His sword is always by his side, even against his bed. Captain Page keeps a neatly trimmed goatee and keeps it lookign very professional everyday. His peircing blue eyes sometimes seems like it can look right htough you and into your soul.
Personality: Captain Page is a fair man who doesn't like to cheat those who he deals with. He has honor, and never wants anyone to think less of him. He enjoys being with his crew and sometimes when he feels generous enough Captain Page will be amongst the crew and help out a little. Though he has a kind heart, Captain Page is fearsome when the battle lines have been drawn. Few in all of the realm can claim themselves equal to his prowess at the sword. After all of that, Captain Page seems like he could be the perfect grandfather some day when he gets older; has the quality as though you've known him your entire life and can trust him fully.
History: Captain Page's fathers and grandfathers has been captains so it was natural that he was promoted to captain one day, before the Rebellion of course. Back in those days Christopher Page had been courting a beautiful woman by the name of Rachel, but when the Rebellion broke out he had lost contact with her. Even today he believes and hopes that she is still alive, and always she is on his mind. His weakness is the memory of her and what could have been.

Character Name: Seril Lockhette
Age:(between 19-30) 24
Description:Seril stands at about 5'8, with a fit build. She has a sharp featured face, cropped by long curly strawberry blonde hair. She wears tight black breeches tucked into heeled leather boots. She wears a tight white button up shirt, which cuffs in lace at the edges of her hands, which has a white and blue corset over it, showing how tiny her waist is. Over it she wears a crushed velvet coat, cropped to her waist, ending at her hips, in a dark royal blue. She has many gold bracelets around her wrists and ankles, along with several beaded necklaces around her neck. She fights with a balanced sword, which she has become very skilled in.
Personality: Seril has a very outragious personality. She is sarcastic, witty, and often times taken as a bit rough edged. She is charming and adventurous and makes the best out of the position she is cast into. She tends to be a little untrusting unless she has known the person for a while, but lightens up after a while. She also had a severe hate for jellyfish.
History: Seril grew up fishing with her father, spending all of her time on the docks of the sea, or fencing. Her father, though, had a secret life, one of a pirate. When he left to become a pirate, she was devistated, and has since chosen to lead the same life.

Character Name: Tepinoc Hale
Age: 28
Description: Long and lanky, Tepinoc stands at an impressive 6'5" and has dark brown skin from being under the sun his whole life. His hair is light and very similiar to the color of straw and acts like a sun visor, for it hides his brown, almost black eyes from pretty much everything. His hands and feet are highly calloused from climbing the ropes of ships as well as traversing coral reefs and the rough wood of decks. Tepinoc "The Halestorm" is a silent man, but tends to talk after a good fight and lives by his golden falchion sword. He's a decent fighter, however he tends to intimidate more then anything by his size and tan-defined muscles. Linen pants start at his hips and end around midcalf where the torn bits often make him itch (which you will see him lift each leg and scratch constantly). He wears a leather vest taken from a particularly nasty cow that he had to fend off in his earlier years, and so far, the leather has saved his life from several knives and a mean old parrot.
Personality: Quiet, seemingly cold-hearted, Tepinoc just likes to stick to himself and only stiff arms people because he is shy at heart. Woman that are showing off what they have tend to make him very short, but it is the woman that are just as strong as the men on the ships that truly impress him... and he gets smitten instantly.
History: Been on ships since he was eight, Tepinoc has had a fairly typical childhood, been kicked around a lot as a scully boy, then moved up to a deckswabber, then finally where he wanted to be, up in the ropes and the sails where the wind is the strongest. Eversince then, he has always loved sailing and is extremely loyal to the captains he has served under.

Character Name: Kitty
Age: 21
Description: Kitty's got long light brown hair, which she keeps in a ponytail. Her eyes are deep blue, just like the color of the sea. She wears tight, black clothes and a necklace her father gave her. Her weapons are one long sword, and a shorter one, and of course a pistol. She's not the tallest pirate, but she fights and works just as well as any of the men on the ship. She's got some tattoos, a crow on her right leg, a big dragon that covers the most of her back and a cobra on her chest.
Personality: Kitty swears a lot, but is at times very quiet. As a friend she's loyal and trustworthy. As a member of the ship, there aren’t anything she wouldn’t do to protect her Captain. Her weakness is that she's afraid of the monsters of the sea. The stories her father told her when she was a child, still remains in her memory. And because of that she can’t swim very well.
History: Kitty's always been on the sea. Her father was a pirate, and taught her all about how to survive. She has never seen her mother, because she didn’t want her. Before Kitty was 18, she had been to distant places, all over the globe. After her father was arrested and hanged, she began to look for a crew to join.

Character Name: Lyell
Age: 28
Description: Lyell stands at 5'10", not that impressive height-wise, but he has years of built-up muscle coating his bones, giving him the impression that he could flex and knock somebody out. Being out in the sun most of his life has given his skin a dark complexion, and his hands have turned to leather. Short, black hair adorns the top of his head, having just a bit of curl to it, and flashing green eyes look out from under the kind of messy mop. He usually wears slightly worn-out clothes, usually hand-made. He tries to keep well-shaved but looks rather handsome rugged, which he denies, since he hates feeling "scratchy." If he was that fickle about the rest of his hygiene he'd have more luck with the ladies, but there are surprisingly few opportunities for bathing on board.
Personality: He is well-trained in the art of standing around looking menacing and loves a good fist fight. He isn't trained in the dagger or sword, so if he uses them, it's a 'figure it out as you go' situation. Lyell can be kind of an asshole to most people, lecherous towards a pretty woman, and is oddly good with kids and animals. Lyell loves the sea and sailing, and shows great skill in coaxing that little bit of extra speed out of any ship. Some have said it's like he can talk with the wood and the sails. He's also quicker on his feet than most people would assume, given his size.
History: He was from one of those small fishing villages, helping his little old mother and father with their business. They didn't catch much, but enough to live on and sell the extra for other provisions. He often worked with larger boats than their little one for extra money, which is where he got his sailing experience. Then the Rebellions began and their house and boat got burned to the ground. His mother survived; his father did not, as he died in his sleep a few nights later, after a battle with shock and heartbreak at losing his livelihood. His mother is currently living with some relatives as he travels around. Whatever he makes that he doesn't use for food or essentials he sends to her. However, he covers this up, letting people think he's hoarding his money or sending it to mistresses rather than let news of his sick old mother ruin his Awesome reputation.

Character Name: Marco
Age: 26
Description: Average height and weight, he is the result of a brief but passionate interracial affair. He is fairly strong from his work, and growing up was a particular favorite of the girls in his village. He tries to shave as often as possible, as his facial hair grows quickly, and is currently sporting a soul patch. He usually wears a bandana and comfortable clothes. A large tribal tattoo encircles his left arm.
Personality: Surprisingly light-hearted about his family situation, and generally a prankster. Marco is charming and loves to be the center of attention, and definitely makes having fun his primary goal in life. Still naïve and immature, Marco acts without thinking and has made his fair share of bad decisions.
History: His mother was married to a prominent farmer/merchan
t when he was born – a much darker child than her other two children. Marco grew up in a tension-filled house, as everyone knew he was not his father’s son, but no one said anything about it. At 14 he left home to begin an apprenticeship at a shipyard, helping to build the ships that would carry the sailors off on the adventures he envied. The labor was monotonous, and he developed a sense of humor that ultimately resulted in his “early retirement” from the shipyard. Now he’s ready to start a more fulfilling life out at sea.

Character Name: Clova
Age: 22
Description: A voodoo priestess from a small, secluded island on Marre, she studied the magic arts under her aunt and grandmother. Clova is skilled in basic folk magic and other general spookiness. She also has practical knowledge of plants, animals, and weather.
Her skin is caramel-colored and smooth except for the ritualistic scarring on her lips and around her eyes. She’s short but curvy, keeps her braided hair tied back with brightly-colored cloth, and wears simple, white dresses. Every piece of her jewelry (and she has a lot of it) holds some kind of significance.
Personality: Coming from a matriarchal society gives her confidence and a healthy sense of her worth as a person. She often has an attitude like she knows more than she’s telling. While confident and intelligent, she’s young, inexperienced outside of her “homeschooling”, and mercurial. Her temper can be childish.
History: Clova left St. Cruz Isle to see more of the world (and escape an arranged marriage—her woman-power society was still rigidly structured). She’s trying to keep a low profile and would like to pursue a life that does not involve getting tied down to a man or family.
