A loose confederacy held together in much the same way as the old High Elf empire used to be, except the Emperor here has finally unified the men. The land is one of gently rolling hills and villages, though they are constantly beset by war on their borders. The creatures of the forest, and the men of the north all seeking to plunder the last of the great empires. Allegiance wise they remain largely neautral, the Emperor leaves this descision up to his most trusted Nobles as to how many men they wish to send to fight in the wars along the western coasts.
