The Ocean at the End of the Lane, by Neil Gaiman review

The Ocean at the End of the Lane' a pretty quick read, as its pacing moves along nicely. While it's a short-ish story, and I kinda wanted more (I mean, I always want more...), the story was resolved (in an appropriate, but melancholy, manner) and its length perfectly compliments the concept of the narrative.

This book is like a peripheral childhood memory, one that you're not quite sure is true or that it actually happened, but you remember bits and pieces of it on occasion, for no particular reason at all. It's nostalgic, sweet, sad and sometimes scary.
