DA RULZ!!1!!11(typos intended ^^;)

THE GOLDEN RULE: SPELL THINGS CORRECTLY.

Brigadiers of The Typo Brigade who don't spell things correctly will find themselves in somewhat of a soup of irony. It would be like handing hypocrisy on a plate.
However, we are all human (well, to my current knowledge, at least XD) and humans make mistakes. Like grammatical ones. So don't go nuts at people just for making ONE or two typos. You can point it out to them, but if you have time to point it out you have time to correct it. If someone's wiki is littered with the irksome little things, ask their permission first. In other words, follow the Golden Rule within the limits of the other Golden Rule:

DON'T BE AN ASSHOLE.

Remember Mission No.4! 'To Be Nice People.' You don't want to give out the impression to Elftown that all the Brigadiers are grammar snobs who look down on people for spelling 'story' as 'stroy', and who ambush people's badly spelt wikis without warning.

DON'T JOIN THE LIST OF BRIGADIERS IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN KNIGHTED!

Only those with authority and a good knowledge of the English language are deemed worthy of this noble task. In other words, knight yourself, guys!
Knight Me!
If you add yourself to the list if you haven't been knighted, you will be removed. If you do it by accident, then that's okay, but don't do it again! Just put in your Knighting ceremony at Knight Me! Repeat offenders will not be allowed into The Typo Brigade.

DON'T MESS UP THE WIKI!

The great thing about Elftown is the freedom of editing and adding things to wiki pages, in a relatively comfortable and peaceful fantasy environment.
Vandalise any of the The Typo Brigade wiki pages, and I SHALL REPORT YOU!
No joke.
Once again, if you do it by accident then there will be no hard feelings. All you have to do is apologise and fix the page back to the way it was.
If, however, you do it deliberately...
HEADS SHALL ROLL.

DON'T BE AFRAID TO POINT OUT TYPOS WITHIN THE WIKI!

If you spot a typo on anyone of The Typo Brigade pages, then PLEASE point it out to me, by all means. I don't want a bunch of people who think we're grammar snobs to march up to the wiki, only to spot a typo and then feel smug about themselves for getting so called, 'vengeance,' and then sending me hate-mail.

NO FLAMING/SPAM/OBNOXIOUS MORONS PLEASE!

I'm going to be blunt.
If you're just here looking to 'cyber' with someone or to fill the comments and forum with crap, then piss off.

The Typo Brigade Resource List
The Typo Brigade wiki has a selection of wikis relating to grammar, typos and general rants about grammatical pet hates.
If you post articles that are inappropiate, unrelated, offensive to other races, religions etc. or just plain silly (silliness is allowed if it's to do with grammar or typos, like poems, parodies, limericks, etc. ;D), then not only will the wiki be removed from the list, but you will be stripped of your knighthood and banned from The Typo Brigade.
Before you can post a wiki on the resource list, you must message me with a link to the wiki, where I shall read it and check it for approval. Even if the wiki is related, you must ALWAYS send it to me first.

Contribute Artwork to The Typo Brigade
The Contributed Artwork list is for The Typo Brigade related images only, like banners, badges etc. If you post any images that are inappropiate, unrelated, pornographic, offensive to other races, religions etc, or just plain silly (unless the silly image is to do with grammar or typos ;D) then not only will the image be taken down but you will be stripped of your knighthood and banned from The Typo Brigade.
Before you can post an image on the Contributed Artwork list, you must message me with a link to the image, where I shall view it and check it for approval. Even if the image is related, you must ALWAYS send it to me first.

General Rules

1. Be kind and courteous to members of The Typo Brigade, visitors, newbies and to all of Elftown in general
2. Smilies are allowed ^_^
3. We won't nag you for things like, 'ending a sentence with a preposition.' etc. We want a relaxed atmosphere here, not some permanent bear trap for catching unfortunate creators of typos.
