Poem's Title: Toxic
Poem:
Venom seeps into this water,
Poisoning our lives here after.
Your, out of reach.
Crying the fears, I hope to keep.
We should stop our constant fighting.
The ground is numb beneath my feet.
I know I shouldn’t be this way.
But that’s, what I get,
For trying to mold clay.

One day I’ll find myself.
That day. I hope to see you there.
Because I’ll tell you, to just stop asking why.
Because, you’ll miss me when I die.

With my heart simply blaring, and feelings all failing.
I sing this song.
Not a fucking anthem.
Just what I need to say.
Get off my chest, tear me away.

One day I’ll find myself.
That day. I hope to see you there.
Because I’ll show you what I, cry.
Because your toxic life made me ask why.

When I die
You won’t fly.
Into my heart
Just like you did.
For centuries you infected all our heads.

Poem's Title: The Sad and Macabre Tale of Edward Green
Poem:

A winters Night in late December
Deeds befell to be remembered
From a place where few have been
Comes the tale of Edward Green

In a Time where engines roared
Where prostitutes and sins galored
Lived a man with a troubled spleen
Yes, this man was Edward Green

Edward liked to sit in diners
Smoking pipes of New York's finest
Wasting time and sipping gin
Made the day for Edward Green

But one Night in Late December
Clock was twelve, if I remember
In a town of Kings and Queens
Lost to flames were Edward Green

On this eve as many others
Heating oil was standard orders
Also News were feeling keen
Serving frites to Edward Green

Messy, soaked and fully spoiled
A match was dropped where oil was boiled
Sightings few alive have seen
News were burning, so were Green

Soaring pain was all he felt
As flames licked at his greying pelt
Clothing's torn and soaked by gin
Charcoal now was Edward Green

Poor old Eddy, turned to dust
Skin turned brown and made a crust
Nothing left but for a grin
The blackened corpse of Edward Green

Scarlet trucks were brought upon
The diner burning slowly down
Firefighters hurrying in
Swiftly passing Edward Green

Even though they smelled the fires
Turning News to Burning Pyre
Noone cared to venture in
To liberate old Edward Green

Smelling slightly roasted wiener
Eyeballs turning even greener
Morbid though as it may seem
This barbeque named Edward Green

Plucked and hacked by carrion crawlers
Nourishing our summer flowers
Letting gardens bloom in green
Just like his surname: Edward Green

Unblessed by the local priest
His soul was sent to Hell, at least
Where flames roared his troubled spleen
Burning still is Edward Green

Headless is his grave today
And hidden from the birds of prey
Spread to raging, howling winds
The ash and dust of Edward Green

To this day we're in denial
Fearing complicated trials
Allways so to be redeemed
The memory of Edward Green

Poem's Title: Twisted Lullaby
Poem:

(girl)
Mary mary quite contrary,
sitting on her derriere,
thoughts of bitter, anger, hatred,
(girl and guy)
all the while she sits there, sits there.

(girl)
Mary mary quite contrary,
sitting on her derriere
people crying,
children dying,
(girl and guy)
all the while dreams of flying.

mary mary we are dying,
mary mary stop our crying,
mary mary we're at war now,
soon we'll all be dead; not buried.

(guy)
i hate you all,
go to hell now,
get away, get away from me,
save us now, since you didn't before,
we're all dieing, its all your fault,
get off your ass,
open your eyes,
see the world,
see the world.

Nothings perfect,
nothings ok,
its falling apart now,
/its falling apart./

(girl)
Mary mary quite contrary,
sitting on her dereaire,
thoughts of bitter, anger, hatred,
(girl and guy)
all the while she sits there, sits there.

(girl)
Mary mary quite contrary,
sitting on her derriere,
people crying,
children dying,
(girl and guy)
all the while dreams of flying.

(girl)
stop your dreaming,
stop the killing,
stop the hating,
stop the violence,
little mary save us all now,
mary mary, we're all dead now...

Poem's Title: Ebb and Flow
Poem:
My mind collides with my heart
What I feel and what I know
An ever-raging battle
A constant ebb and flow

She'll find someone better
It'll last forever
She'll find someone worthy
We have to stay together

It's only a matter of time
But what about my heart?
Our love brought us together
The world will tear us apart

Self-preservation
I have to get away
I could never leave her
And she will never stay

My mind collides with my heart
What I feel and what I know
Time is passing quickly
The heartbreak is so slow

She deserves better
Love can make up the rest
She deserves more
I can never pass the test

Does she really love me?
I have to learn to trust.
Will she really want me?
Yet, I know she must

Nothing lasts forever
The foolish cling to lies
Love can last eternally
One thing that never dies

My mind collides with my heart
What I feel and what I know
An ever-raging battle
A constant ebb and flow

Poem's Title: Final Wish
Poem:
Walking down the hall of chimes
all I hear, their mocking rhymes
they peal, they laugh, they gloat with glee
they know , I feel the fear in me
Naught but my half lit candle there
Dimly lighting chimes to scare
My reflection bouncing back at me
My eyes so wide, so they can see
From which direction it might come,
The danger, hurry, make me numb
So deafening once then quiet next
I feel I’m in a horror text
My gown it rasps against the floor
My hand it trembles even more
The chimes they speak, they yell at me
I clasp my ears, fall to one knee
I refuse to hear this, that I know
They giggle at me, they toll, they glow
Noise increased to die again
Finally gone, I pray amen
They know, but how, my inner fear
Unknown, unvoiced to all the peer
I shiver in my thin little gown
Peer all the way the hall down
A thought so fleeting passed my mind
One of something not a good kind
I saw no door, no end to hall
No ceiling tall, not a single wall
I fell on my face, prostrate with grief
I stared at the endless hall in disbelief
After a while the grief began to die
And acceptance dawned nigh
So death would happen eventually
One hope was left; essentially
I thought to myself in despair
One thing that is my final prayer
I have one wish, to see the sky
one final time before I die,
Trapped inside the hall of chimes
Lamenting all the other times
I had mocked or been so cruel
Why did I do it, I’m so the fool
To late for regrets now, too late by far
I want; I wish to see one star
One final time before I go afar,
Trapped inside the hall of chimes
echoing their wicked rhymes
