Hello welcome to my second Naruto Rpg! This Rpg is about when Kakashi was 7 and graduated from the acadamy along with his two teammates, Obito(Uchiha), Rin and their Sensai the Future fourth Hokage( I can not find his real Name so we'll just call him Yondaime). oh and a noth to all you Kakashi fans out there, Kakashi DOESN'T have the Sharingan yet, its still in Obito, and has a regullar eye there. Oh and also to mention, Kakashi, Obito, and Rin are like Sasuke, Naruto, and Sakura in that order including the Love.hate triangle(Rin likes Kakashi, Kakashi hates Rin and Obito, Obito likes Rin and hates Kakashi. and Yondaime is just there to watch.). also Kakashi doesn't know the value of freindship yet.  have any questions come to me [Hatake Kakashi] for further information.


RULES:(important...you must read)

1: no killing another persons character unless you have permission. other randomly uncontoled characters can be killed, i don't care.

2: Can we keep it at least Pg13 rated, i will allow some Violence, language, dateing, blood, but please keep it to a minimun or I 'll get Yondaime to kick your Ass. and i will have to tolerate some peoples pevertadness (as long as its only a few origanal charaters along with Jiraiya, Yondamie( Jiraiya passed it on to him) and eventully Kakashi( who Yondaime passed on to him))

3:No invincible people or jiryuukens( Demon contaiers like Naruto and Gaara) unless your Hokage or Yondaime or have my permision.

4: have fun, unless your Kakashi then you'll just be sulking all the time. and-* finds little brother with a kunai*...oui dobe! put that away before you hurt your self....those are for experinced ninja only-* litle brother throws kunai at her*......whoosh....* ducks*....THATS IT! *puts fingers in comlicated hand sign* HEADHUNTER JUTSU!  * goes underground and pulls little brother down until his head was the only thing not buried*.....ok back to the rules.....

5:sharingun and other uniquie abiliteies are restricted please see me [Hatake Kakashi] for access to them unless your a part of the clan.

6. i don;t care right now how many character you can have but please keep track of them!!!!.....please don't power play without the character pemmision either.
