2007-03-07 [Bente]: Chrysilia: yup, that was probably me ^^ seems like we "collided", sort of, 'cause you were already there editing the page when I tried to enter my second banner :) I like the picture you chose for the second banner, though you might consider cropping it to get rid of those grey parts on the sides, and try to make the text stand out a bit more =)

On a sidenote; I probably shouldn't upload things I've done at night. I think I'll have to redo some parts of my latest banner, the target looks only half-done, and the colours are a bit unpleasant.

Sidenote 2: this one looks like a useable reference for the castle - not for straightforward copying, but maybe get an idea of how things look: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carcassonne
At least, it's big enough to fit all buildings/areas mentioned in the castle, it's settled on top of a small hill etc. [Darian Hawke], what do you think?

2007-03-09 [Chrysilla]: I don`t think that image is free to use, but fortunately I have pictures of that village from the France Miniature park if someone wants to use them for a banner.
and btw, the grey parts are there on purpose :p

2007-03-20 [Chrysilla]: Temporarily i don`t have internet access but in the i-cafes and those pics are on cd - and there are no cd readers in the i-cafes. Hope to get on internet from a friend`s computer and put them on ET, then i`ll give the link here.

2007-06-14 [Bente]: Silver Seraph: Lots of good banners there :) beutiful shots for the Castle Gardens and the Glen of Heroes. The Great hall is nice too (though maybe its interior is a bit too modern?). Maybe you should consider adding frames that match the text on the banners?

Alright folks. I'm very sorry but the deadline of June 15th has been delayed indefinitely. I hope you all dont mind. I've just been so busy that I haven’t been around the past few months. Perhaps I'll just keep this open so people can continue contributing artwork. What do you think?

2007-06-18 [Darian Hawke]: fantastic job Seraph. i LOVE the stables. exactly how i imagined it. the audiance room... Is there anyway to get a picture of a comfy looking (and big) room like in the great hall banner? The knights are great (however it is noticable that they are only suits of armor). GREAT job though. You neednt change anything if you dont want. You've done more then enough. I will use the stable banner now.
