Victor Tier-The Beast

Height: 6'4''
Eye color/shape: Amber. Narrow. He wears glasses sometimes.
Hair color/style: Dark brown and sort of shaggy. He usually wears it combed away from his face. In the winter he sometimes sports a neatly trimmed short beard.
Face specifics: Victor has a square jaw and a wide forehead. His nose is large and romanesque and his lips are average in size. His eyes are evenly spaced apart and he has bushy eyebrows. 
Body specifics: Victor is a mountain of a man. Standing 6'4'' he has a rather stalky frame with broad shoulders and a wide thick chest. There is nothing soft about him. He holds himself straight and tall and seems to dwarf everyone in his presence. His limbs are thick and muscled and he has large hands.
Occupation: High court judge. However, he has noticed the decrease of morality and justice in the political system of the City and does not approve. He holds a spot on the city council and it is rumored that he will be running against Mayor Dumpty in the upcoming mayoral elections.
History: Victor was raised in a upper middle class family. Although his childhood was relatively normal, he was teased frequently about his size and became rather withdrawn.  At college he was even more of a loner because he was smarter then average and because he was rather big and imposing. Because of his size several rumors where circulated about him, labeling him as a bit of a monster. He didn't help matters when once he put a guy through a window because Victor caught him cheating off him during a test. So basically he was a loner for the first to years of college, then he met Isabelle Morton. She came to the college to study nursing and when she saw Victor it was love at first sight. Victor, of course, was shy and didn't really want to have anything to do with her but she was persistent and he soon fell madly in love with her. After college they got married and Victor was offered a position as a Judge in the City. They settled into a lovely town house on the West Side and after about three years Isabelle gave birth to their son Daniel.   
Personality: Although he can be a bit imposing and gruff, Victor has a heart of gold. He's honest and loyal and will tell it like it is. He has a deep love for his family and would do anything for them. He thinks before he speaks and is a relatively quiet fellow, but when he has something to say it is well thought out and eloquent, which forces people to stand up and take notice.  
Sexual preference: His wife Isabelle. 
Relations: His wife Isabelle and their ten year old son, Daniel
Abilities: Extremely smart. Good public speaker. Is able to asses situations and read people very well.

"Hey! Don't think I'm stupid. I know what you're up to."

Victor looked up from his book and raised a bushy eyebrow at his wife. "And what would that be my beautiful Bell?"

Bell placed her hands on her hips and attempted to give him a stern look, "You're going to make me be the one that punishes him. Once again I'm going to look like the bad guy."

"It wasn't my vase that he broke." He said in a last attempt at a reasonable argument. 

"But he is your son. Please Victor." She said, the harshness in her voice crumbling, replaced with a sweeter more pleading quality that always pulled on his heart strings.

"Fine, fine." He said putting his book down and pushing himself out of his chair. "I'll go talk to the boy. But don't expect anything to severe though. He manages to manipulate me almost as well as you do."

Isabelle simply smile and stood up on tiptoe to kiss his cheek, "Thank you my love." She said and then walked toward the kitchen.

Victor watched her go and then headed up the stairs to his son's room, shaking his head and knowing full well that he was completely whipped.
