The Palace of Vornkral
The home of house Frial can be seen for miles, for it shines in a thousand hues. It is made entirely of silver, gold and other precious metals, made so hard by faerie craft that it rivals steel. The roofs are bedecked with emeralds, rubies, sapphires and all types of gems from across the globe.
Inside the walls are decorated with inlaid patterns of mother-of-pear
l and opals, depicting scenic parts of the world. The place is littered with masterpieces of all kinds, be it statues of mitril or faerie swords. Someone once likened it to being inside Aladdin's cave, for boundless riches are strewn around the palace in tasteful patterns.
Dotted around the surrounding forest are groves where the crafters of Frial have their "smithies", and there they make the best jewlery and craft the best items in the land.
The eternal warmth of summer's twilight makes the realm of Aoor pleasant, and the countless braziers and lanterns of tinted glass that fill the forest makes for relaxed wanderings. Here many of the members idly search for inspiration, or participate in solemn parades or picnics. Many a romance has been enacted on the mossy floor of the shady forest in times gone by, and many still prefer the atmosphere.
