The Pied Piper

Hair color/style: Brown but starting to silver. Worn short and slicked back.
Face specifics: Long and narrow, with a fine bone structure. His nose is romanesque and his lips are thin. His complexion is tan. You can tell he was a good looking man when he was younger so all in all he's aging pretty well.
Body specifics:Tall and lanky, he has long limbs and is pretty thin and bony. He hides this fact under designer clothes. 
Occupation: Musician/ Night club owner. It's a high class place where the rich and powerful meet, called The Silver Flute.
History: So basically Piper had a pretty rough past. As a child he was a musical prodigy on both the flute and Violin, but he wasn't just normally gifted. Along with his musical genius he also had the magical ability to effect peoples moods, emotions, and even full out control them when he was playing. He was orphaned at a young age and started to travel around as wandering musician. Despite the hardships, people really began to love his music and he started to get pretty famous. Everything was going good until his temper got the better of him and scandal involving rats, not getting paid, and missing children happened in a town called Hamelin (see fairy tale for details). After that whole mess his reputation went down hill and he had a hard time getting hired. However, all was not lost, for the Wonderful Fairy Godmother had heard of him and his talent. She offered to get him back on his feet in return for working for her, and like any starving musician in their right mind would do he accepted. With her help he started performing again and later set up a nightclub of his own.  
Personality: William is very ambitious and driven. He has a great sense for business and runs his club flawlessly. It's the place to see and be seen and he is very proud of it. He's pretty suave and can be extremely charming to some people, and a downright snob to others. He's not overly emotional and the only thing that he's sentimental about is music. When he's playing it or if he is listening to a piece that he likes then he seems to go off into his own little world.

Relations:Works for the godmother and is "chummy" with Mr. Boots.
Abilities:Plays the flute and violin. Has the power to enchant people through his music. He's also a top notch business man.



"Hey! Don't think I'm stupid. I know what you're up to."

"And what would that be exactly?" William asked, not looking up from the violin in his hands as he tuned it. 

His assistant frowned and leaned against a table, "You're going to start playing that thing and tune out the world, completely avoiding the problem at hand. You just fired the best singing we've had in ages." 

William plucked a string and then moved onto the next, "She was rubbish. And an idiot. I could not have her on the stage any longer." 

"But we don't have a lead singer for tonight and there's going to be a full house!" The assistant nearly yelled.

"For heavens sake Eddy, calm down. The day is still young, just go out and find us another singer. That's what I pay you for after all. Now run along, you're interrupting my practice time. " 

"But..." Eddy was cut off as William began to play, a beautiful melody drifting form the instrument. Sighing he turned and headed out of the office, wondering where the hell he was going to find a singer at the last minute.
