A grin on your face and in your heart
A light in times however dark
You radiate happiness
A gift unto others
A joy to be around, I dream of coming home to you
On cloudy days, on days I’m blue.
I dream of moving close to you
Forgetting my troubles
A smile stretching across my lips
You feel it on your neck
Eyelashes that could be crying
Tickle you instead
And then it’s off to bed. : )
I dream of waking up with you
On cloudy days, or skies of blue
I think of all the things we’ll do
And smile
Always smiling
Can’t help but smile at the thought of you,
Whatever we do
The way you’ll look
When you’re deep in thought, drawing
Lost in your book
Or ready for crawling
Into bed with me
To sleep to dream to make love, whatever
I want it right now, I want it forever.
The first night I fall asleep in your arms
Your body so close to me, keeping me warm
I’ll dream of your eyes
And I’ll never forget
A dream so incredible
And it’s nothing yet.
This is just the beginning,
There’s still so much more.
I can’t wait to see what the fates have in store
for us.
There’s more to you that I can imagine
So many parts to your intellect
I can’t wait to learn something new every day
I can’t wait to never know what to expect.
