So others can see, I shall reiterate:

Sammie explained that she felt we didn't give her fiance a proper chance – we only gave him "tiny chances" instead of a big one. She then explained what a "big chance" would be: to tell him what he was doing wrong, and to ask him to stop.

I explained that we did this, several times, so in fact, by this definition, we gave him several large chances.

She accused us of banning him over "every little mistake"
I explained that we banned him for repeated harassment, and that we do not consider harassment "a tiny mistake" but a very big one. Especially repeat harassment. And I'm sure Sammie, if she were being harassed, would be relieved to know we took such harassment very seriously indeed.

She then asked if we'd ever unban her fiance.

I replied that I couldn't say, but that we certainly wouldn't be unbanning him right now.

I think it's good that other people can see this exchange, and don't consider it an argument, but rather a defence and explanation of how the Guards work. I guess I'll copy it into my diary, though, if you don't want other people to be able to see it.
