-Ryan's Point of View-
I watched them walk hand in hand to her house.
I saw the smile on her face and the twinkle in her eyes.
I watched him kiss her.
I saw her cute little dance.
I felt my heart break.
I wanted to be the reason she smiled like that. I wanted to be the reason her eyes twinkled so much. I wanted to be her first kiss.
I wanted her.
I don't mean that in a sexual way either. I just wanted her to be mine. I wanted to call her my girl friend and not my best friend.
If only she didn't like Andrew.
If only I wasn't so god damn shy.
If only she could see how much I liked her.
If only.
Although I had planned on going to her house and hanging out there for a while, I decided againist it and began to walk home.
But before I could even walk a few steps away from her house, my cell phone began to ring, and I didn't
even need to think twice to know it was Molly.
"Hey Mollybear." I said softly into the phone.
"Come over right now! Kay thanks bye." She said quickly before she hung up. I half smiled and turned on my heel to her house.
I didn't even make it there though, Molly's arms were wrapped around my neck almost instantly after I turned the corner to her house.
"Oh my gosh Ryan. I have so much to tell you!" She said into my chest. I wrapped my arms around her as well and I knew she was smiling when she pulled away to look at me.
"I can't wait cuteface." I said. She smiled so widely her nose scruched up and her eyes squinted. Which
was quite possibly the cutest thing I've ever seen her done.
Of course, I would never tell her that.
-Molly's Point of View-
I dragged Ryan into my room and pushed him onto the bed, only to sit right down on his lap. I wrapped
my arms around his neck as he did to my waist.
I went on to tell him everything, from Brendon eating like a three year old, to Andrew kissing me good bye. The whole time I was talking Ryan nodded and listened intentivly, laughing or cracking a smile on occasions. This is why he's my best friend.
Because he is quite possibly the easiest person to talk to I have ever met.
"I can't believe he kissed me." I said pushing my weight forward and causing Ryan to fall back on my bed. He streched out and kept me close to his body. I smiled and nuzzled into his chest.
"He kissed me Ryan, ugly, prude, boring Molly, Andrew Web, kissed me." I stated dreamily.
"You're not ugly, or borning Mollybear." Ryan said softly. I looked up at him, and he still wouldn't meet my gaze.
"Yes I am, I'm nothing special."
"Oh come on, you're a great person."
I smiled.
"Hey Ryan?" I said after a few moments of slience.
"Hmm?"
"You forgot prude."
-Molly's Point of View-
The next day I was in school early due to the fact I was sick the previous week and had to retake a History test.
I finished quickly and began to walk around the school aimlessly. There was nothing to do. No one was here.
My paranoia kicked in when I could have swore I heard laughing from behind me.
So needless to say I turned around quickly and slowed my pace down. When I saw no one I turned back around and walked straight into an open locker.
Graceful I know.
"Oh cheese crackers." I said sitting down on the floor, holding my nose that was more than likely bleeding.
"Oh shit." I heard from above me, before hearing some shuffeling and felt someone's arm around my shoulders.
"Are you okay?" They asked.
I opened one of my now tearing eyes and saw Andrew leaning over me with worry in his eyes.
"Imfmmfm."
"What?" He asked.
"I'm fine." I said taking my hands off my nose for a split second.
Blood litterally splattered all over my shirt. My white shirt might I add.
"Oh fuck, come on, I'll help you to the nurse." Andrew said grabbing my arm and lifting me off the ground.
The trip to the nurse was mostly uneventful, unless you want to count nearly breaking my nose as exciting.
"Are you sure you're okay?"
"I told you I'm fine, you didn't even need to give me your shirt." I said as Andrew and we walked down the hallway.
"Well I had an extra one in my locker."
"Which I still think is a little wierd." I laughed. He did too.
"I have soccer pratice, so I just keep extra's in my locker cause I get all sweaty."
I smiled thinking of what Andrew would look like all sweaty.
"Mollybear!" I heard from behind me.
Recluctantly I turned around and saw Brendon running toward me waving his arms.
I sighed and rubbed my hands on my face, making sure not to rub my nose too hard.
Soon enough Brendon was standing next to me shooting daggers into Andrew with his eyes. He was always over protective of me.
I have yet to figure out why.
"Is he bothering you?" Brendon said looking Andrew up and down. "Did he do that to you!?" He pratically yelled at pointing to my nose.
I laughed as I looked from Brendon to Andrew and back again.
Brendon was a scrony little thing. And Andrew could kick his ass easily if he wanted to, although he doesn't seem like that kind of person.
"No Brendon." I sighed. He linked his arm with mine and started to walk away from Andrew.
I looked back and mouthed a '"thanks" before Brendon began to rant to me about how all guys our ages were perverts and wanted to get in my pants.
I had to laugh at him.
This kid was worse than my dad.
