Waya shadow-ported into teh controle room expecting Eliza to already be there. She realized that Eliza would have to walk considering that Waya could teleport.
Seconds later
Eliza burst into the room, glaring and scowling at some point twelve inches from her nose. She blinked when she almost ran into Waya. "Hey.." she mumbled, staring at the girl "I gotta oppolgise for my cousins... they're jerks."
"Yeah well nothing you can help is there?"
Waya said bringing up the recently changed files. whatever the Twins had changed had been fixed already.
Eliza nodded and stroked her hair back "Wonder how long they'll stay put until we have to start to watch them."
"No telling."
Waya said typing on the console.
Eliza grinned and moved beside Waya "Want me to be a bit of reprogramming myself?" she said, her voice was too high, she was up to something.
Rhydian walked in about 15 minutes after the girls had gotten there. "Hello?"
"Hey."
Waya said "Does anyone remember the code for allowing this thing to be usedby students?"
Rhydian nodded and walked over to the console, punching in the keycode quickly. "How do you think I got all of my hours in the flight simulator?" He smiled to her. "Hank showed it to me before...befor
e he disappeared..." He sighed and frowned. Hank was always his favorite out of the teachers
"Whats the code number?" Waya asked "I;e been trying to get into this thing for half an hour."
"Hank did tell me not to tell anyone...said he'd get in trouble..." Rhydian said quietly. He looked at her. "But I guess he can't get in trouble now...can he? The code's 1-9-6-3."
"Thanks Rhyd." Waya said and then spoke to the computer "Computer, code 1963 student overide."
"CODE ACKNOWLEDGED. NEW MUTANT DESIGNATION: SHADOW-SHIFT. HOW MAY I HELP YOU WAYA?"
"Computer, use code 1963 to overide all danger room and cerebro student security lockout and change the security master paswords." Waya comanded
"CODE ACKNOWLEDGED." the computer replied "OVERIDE OF STUDENT SECURITY ONLY ASCESSABLE IF X-MEN HAVE BEEN INCAPASITATED. IS THIS ASSESSMENT TRUE?"
"Afermative computer." Waya said "Code Aces and Eights."
"ACES AND EIGHTS ACKNOWLEDGED. CONDOLANCES WAYA AND ACCOMPANYING STUDENTS. YOUR COMMAND HAS BEEN ACKNOWLEDGED. ARE THERE ANY SECURITY PARAMATERS YOU WISH TO SET INTO PLACE BEFORE PROCEEDING?"
Waya thought for a minuet. She definatly wanted to make sure that none of the students messed arund with the equiptment but the only ones he really had to worry about where the twins. "Yes computer." She said "Set new security to students desingated The Twins."
"AFIRMATAVE. JAYDEN AND JADEN RELMAN LOCKED OUT OF HIGH PROTOCALL PROGRAMS. WHAT IS THE NEW OVERIDE PASSWORD?"
Waya glansed back at the others. "Passowrd... Vanish."
"NEW MASTER PASWORD: VANISH. IS THIS CORRECT?"
"Afirmative computer." Waya said
"WILLTHAT BE ALL WAYA?"
"For now computer." Waya said and turned to the others. "I know it seems like I don;t trust the twins but... I don't really trust them. If they had the password next thing we know they'll bee in here playing Master Chief 17."
Rhydian chuckled. "I couldn't agree more, but why Vanish?"
" feel like I should say something like 'Duh'." Waya said "The X-Men remember? They vanished."
Rhydian blushed and looked away. "Yeah...duh..."
"I think changing the code should allow us into everything." Waya said "I can't think of anything the master overide wont overide...
"There's probably a few things, I can't think of any, but we're bound to run across them eventually." Rhydian saidw ith a shrug. "We'd have to worry about them when we crossed them though."
"I guess your right." Waya said. She felt like acting out some agression and looked down at the danger room floor...
"I could run a program for you, if you wanted to work out, Waya." Rhydian offered her with a gentle smile.
"Already on it" Eliza mumbled from the other console. She had been typing away at the computer ever since the set up had been completed "It's pretty simple so if you want to go down now it should be ready soon."
Rhydian pouted as Eliza stepped up to the plate. She totally just blocked his advance on Waya. He had actually forgotten she was there. In the few short moments that he was here, he had forgotten entirely about her prescense.
Eliza hummed gently "You want to get in there too Rhyd? Im sure you could do with some stress releif as well. Who knows, you might find that you and Waya are very compatable... in combat I mean."
Waya gave Eliza an evil glance behind her back. She'd told Elza about a month ago that she liked Rhydian. But now was not the time for acting on her feelings after their entire world had just gone to hell.
"I'm not stressed though...and besides...I don't think my powers are very combat campatable..." Rhydian confessed, looking away from Waya at the compatable comment
"Oh comeon, you can build an army in seconds. Everything you touch can be brought to life and attack things. You can run into a stationary cupboard and ride out on a brigade of chairs with pencils zooming over your head." Eliza said, her father's military side not totally lost on her.
Waya responded "Remember that kid who graduated last year? She could only trip people with her mind. If you want to discuss noncombat compatable let's discuss her."
Eliza chuckled "She's still handy for escaping from people, na the guy who had no bones who kept falling over all the time was pretty useless for fighting."
"Till he figured he could turn his skin into gas." Waya said "What ever did happen to him?"
(ooc: get it? lol)
Rhydian looked at them curiously. To be perfectly honest, he didn't remember any of the people they were talking about. He wasn't much of a socialist.
"He's in a bottle in Beast's lab, luckily we found him condensing on the fridge two days later. That is to say, I went to get my lunch and he made a pass at me." Eliza grunted out of dissaproval "Go on, the program will run soon, down you go to the bottom floor."
"Thats up to Rhydian." Waya said looking at him
Rhydian shrugged. "Well I guess..." He looked at Waya and smiled. "As long as you've got my back down there."
Eliza looked slightly shifty for a moment "It's more of a stress releif programe... to start off with."
"Like I said though, I don't really have any stress..." Rhydian said with a shrug
"Shush and get down there you" Eliza said, extending an arm that did quite litteraly extend. Her arm grew longer as so she could poke Rhydian's side. "It'll get into real train soon I swear."
"Come on Rhyd." Waya said headding for the lvker rooms.
Eliza grinned at Waya "You'll enjoy this... alot."
Rhydian blushed deeply and tapped Waya's shoulder as he walked down behind her. "I still haven't chosen a codename yet. But I was thinking maybe Kavon? What do you think?"
As soon as they got down to the bottom of the stairs and threw the door they found them selves in the nearly empty, brightly lit.. rec room. The only people, if you could call them people, there were two rather fake looking dummies that could look like the twins if you squinted in that special way half blind people do. "I think it's lovely" Eliza's voice called out "And you two can guess what to do."
Rhydian looked around there was nothing in here for him to focus his powers through. There was just the dummies to beat on. He was glad that they looked like the twins. He snered and reached into his pocket, at least he remembered to breing something this time. He closed his fingers around a few coins, not really sure what he could do with them, but at least it was a start.
"GAH!" Eliza said into the mic, tapping wildly onto the computer "I said WITH this programe, WITH!" she mumbled to the computer as the things in the Rec room flickered into the danger room programme "Sorry, technical hitch."
"Eliza, what's going on?" Rhydian asked her curiously as the rec room basically filtered into the program
"Stress releif first, training second" Eliza called out over the computer "It'll get more challenging but for now kick the crap out of the dummies."
Waya emerged from the lockers and entered the danger room. She was adjusting her ash on her x-suit when she looked up to see them in the rec room "What the hell?"
"Just beat the hell out of the dolls" Eliza sighed "It's stress for now, THEN training."
For the first time in three weeks Waya smiled "Mind if I borrw theese?" She pulled Eiza's and Rhydian's shadows. Since the Danger Room used hard light to create holograms even the shaodws in here whre made of light and unuseable. She concentrated Eliza and Rhdian' shadows into a bear, which she stood in the center of.
Eliza couldn't help but giggle, these two were going to be in for a surprise "Go on, you know you want to" she almost purred into the microphone "Have some fun."
"Excuse me Rhydian." Waya said lumbering forward on all fours. She neared the twins and rose onto her hing legs. With one massive swipe of her shadow paw she turned te puppetsinto splinters and shredded fabric.
Eliza winced in the little booth she was sitting in Note to self. Never let her hit you, even on accident she thought before adding "Leave the other one for Rhydian... I mean Kavon."
A hole formed between the two dummies and Antimony stepped daintily through, leaving the portal open. She looked at Waya and Rhydian attacking the twin dolls and smirked. "Pent-up agression for the win!" She backed up from between them.
Waya Immediatly stepped back ad released the shadows. The bea disaperated. "Who are you?"
"It's me, Waya," Antimony said warily. "Antimony. Qilin." Her four eyes focused on her, slightly disturbed that she didn't recognise her.
Waya crained her head and squinted "Moe?" Waya jumped up and down for a moment "MOE!!!" She all but tackeled Antimony with ahug "Yur horns! Last time I saw you they where just three inch nubs. Dude you have filled out."
Maybe we should get her eyes tested... Eliza thought to herself be calling out over the intercom "Hello again Antimony, you're in the simulation now."
Antimony laughed, releived that she recognised her, and hugged back. "I know, right? Especially this rediculous thing," she put a hand to her long forehorn. She let go of Waya and stepped back. "You look good," She grinned, and glanced up. "Oh, okay. ...What are we doing?" And then, almost an afterthought, "Hey Rhydian."
"We're doing some stress releif right now" Eliza said "After the dummies are gone the training will begin."
"So I see," Antimony said, looking at the dummies. "The twins being their usual idiot selves?"
"You want to load a new set of twins Liz?" Waya aske "I kinda effed these ones up."
"It's Kavon in here, Qilin." Rhydian said with a smile. "Welcome back by the way..."
"So how's your mom?" Waya asked hoping someone might have a parent or two intact.
"Worse," Antimony said with a sad smile. "She tried to...well, she hardly recognised me," she said instead. "I'm kind of worried about her, but it's not like there's a lot I can do." Her voice got quiet and she bit her lip briefly. "She'll do fine in the state of the world right now, anyway," she smirked a little, shamefully.
"I'm sorry." Waya said. She'd always liked Casey. She was the most rebelious of the adults at the school. "Could Dr. McTaggert not help her either?"
"I think it's safe to assume that if she could, she would have by now...unless Miss Mander never even asked her for help..." Rhydian suggested sadly.
"Doubtful," Antimony agreed. "My mom's not the type to ask for help. ...Ever. Especially not..not now." She wasn't telling them something. She tucked her long red bangs behind her ears uncomfortably.
"KNow what?" Waya said "We came in here to forget some shit for a while, how abot you join us?"
Antimony's face immediately brightened, and she smiled. "Absolutely," She said, shifting her long fingers into claws. "Hey!" She yelled up at Eliza. "Let's have a little fun, yeah?"
Rhydian rubbed the back of his head nervously. He got the feeling that he wouldn't get much of a chance to show off with these two hogging the dummies
"Sorry but it's on set peramiters right now. The training kicks in right about..." Eliza pressed a button "Now.." The walls of the rec room fell sideways, leaving the things in the rec room still standing for Kavon. Beyond the walls was practically a sea of faceless muscle people, all different hights and builds. "This isn't going to hurt, it's more like paint ball for now." Eliza said again "You get hit and it leaves a mark. We can trace the time the mark was made to see who's the best."
"I cn use my shadow shifting right?" Waya asked "Or do you want me to geive them a chance to win?" She stood with her hands on her hips. Using her shadow forms would mean that the marks would only get as far as the shadows around her., meaning that she could stand perfectly still and never get hit.
"Hey, they have no faces where I have too much face!" Antimony exclaimed, referring to her four eyes good-naturedly. "Can't bruise me if you can't catch me!" She said in a sing-song way, opening a portal idely and stepping out behind one of the muscleheads, slicing the tendons in his legs with a swipe and raked up his back with her other hand, stepping back out of the portal and closing it behind her giddily.
Rhydian reached out and the coffee table reared up on it's 'hind-legs' and charged at the nearest muscle man, crushing him beneath it's wooden 'hooves'
"You can use the shadow" Eliza sighed before all the men sprang into life. They all dove at the mutant, some getting trampled by themselves "Im recreating what would happen if they actually did this." Eliza almost giggled as one man swung a lead pipe at Antimony, missed and cracked another man over the head.
Waya pulled Moe and Rhydian's shadows to her and formed them into a lioness. The form was a bit larger however to allow for Waya's size. Without reguard for the capsles hitting her shadow she charged forward into a group of the muscel men, strowing bodyparts haphazerdly about the danger room floor.
The men didn't seem to ever stop coming, if one was killed five more replaced him. Unfortuantley they all trampled each other so it ended up as one again. Eliza let out a small sigh, she wanted a fight as well.
Rhydian reached out and the chairs circled around him, fighting back the swarm of large men as the horse table continued to trample more.
Antimony kept herself busy by making a construction similar to a black hole in practicality. A half-sphere of hexagonic portals lead in, none went out. She levitated herself above the dome by placing a portal underneath her leading to a portal above, so that she was constantly falling. As she fell, she got faster, and it got harder and harder to see, but that wasn't what the faceless muscle men were after, so the trap worked just as well. She closed her eyes and focused on not getting disoriented until the exercise was over.
One man got over to the portal that Antimony was dissapearing threw and using to get almost invisable. He scratched his head slightly and reached out an arm. There was a crunch, and a splatter, and the man had no arm left. Unfortunatley if anything had hit Antimony at that speed it would have been fatal for both so she was out and painted.
"AUGH!" Antimony screamed, reaching out and grabbing the edge of the portal to stop herself with a jolt. "Holy mother of GOD!" She yelled in pain, and closed the portals she'd been using to open two more at the top of the danger room, straddling them and cradling her left leg painfully. From her mouth streamed a steady flow of swearwords, most of which EVERYONE heard, whether they liked it or not, in their heads.
Eliza winced, the people attacking weren't as hard as actual people might be but they still seemed to have been hard enough to do damage to Antimony. "Sorry about that" she called out "I cant control what they do too much. They just sort of swarm."
"Goddamn sunuva transvestite whore---" Antimony continued, clutching at her painted leg. She stopped long enough to suck in air through her teeth, sighing deeply. "Wasn't you. Was gravity and increasing velocity and ---damn physics all to hell! Could've stuck a leg of lamb meat in there, would've had the same effect---augh!" She tried to massage her leg gently.
Rhydian looked up at Antimony. He was sad that she had gotten so hurt. He clentched his fists and sent a wave of chairdogs and tablehorses into the mob
Waya contionued decimting the hord of men around her. She shufted her shadow iunto a rinoserous and stampeeded over those in her path.
Antimony snarled, knowing that she was out of the game, but lashed out in anger anyway. She opened portals in the musclemen's torsos and closed them accordingly, cutting off any limbs or torsos that may have been in the way.
The men scrmabled away from the moving furniture until on guy got bumped and flipped up onto the table top. He grabbed the edges and tried to steer it round to hit the group. Eliza grumbled as he took down several of his fellow men as he witnessed just how wide a turning circle a piece of furniture has.
Rhydian was shocked to see one of the enemy riding atop his tablehorse. But it did give him an idea. He swarmed the tablehorse with all the chairdogs to provide a distraction as he summoned up another furniture animal. He grabbed a hold of the pool table and leaped onto it. The table curved forward somewhat so the two corner pockets pointed forward. You could hear the pool balls whirling around inside as they built up speed. Rhydian grinned and charged the tablehorse from atop the safety of his pooltable creature
Eliza cheered as Rhydian rode the pool table to safety, he was getting ideas. The men still charged up at Rhydian and Waya, since to them Antimony was dead they ignored her, getting mown down like reeds as they did. While when one got close enough to hit Waya they just met shadow they had began to pile up infront of Rhydian, using their comrades dead bodies in an attempt to slow his creatures down.
"Alright, I've only got what, 17 shots? 16 balls in a game of Eight ball, plus the q-ball..." Rhydian</B. thought outloud as he felt one of the balls whirl around inside the table faster than the others. He was getting ready to launch it
<b>Waya charged about teh spce, still in the form of a rinoserous. With each raging step she plowed down more and mroe of teh muscel men. HSe however had the sinking suspicion that they where multiplying.
Antimony was pissed. She did not like being ignored. She began to split people in half more frequently, and fortified her virtual black hole construction. She did not pity the dozens upon dozens of musclemen who had already trapped themselves into the one-way circle of portals.
ELiza tutted "Antimony, you're dead in the game. They're not going over to you and pounding your head in because to them you'tr dead." she sighed "But I guess they're not doing anything. Just kill the ones that are too far away from the other two." The men were multyplying, infact some seemed to crash like a wave over the first lot. They almost surfed over the first lot, being passed over until one managed to get a hold of Waya's tail and tried to climb up.
"Now this is getting rediculious." Waya said as she noticed the one climbing up her tail. She began to spin, trampeling the others around her as the one holding onto her tail began knocking them down around her.
"I know, Eliza," Antimony snapped at her, her tail lashing. To spite her, she split the men closest to Waya and Rhydian.
Rhydian looked up at Antimony and smiled. He gave her a thumbs up. He was getting tired. Having control over an entire army of furniture was really quite exhausting. If they didn't find the off switch soon, he just might end up passing out. He spun the pooltable creature around and launched the 8-ball into a line of men about to attack Waya. It crashed through all of them and he smiled. Worked alot better than he thought it would.
Antimony smiled down at him through the pain in her leg. She was getting tired of holding open the portals in her virtual black hole, and closed most of the inward-facing portals, instead opening one big portal underneath them and opening the other end directly above the bottom portal---the same rig she was using when she got injured. She grinned maliciously, like a child squishing ants.
"You people are sadistic..." Eliza mumbled to herself, just then realising the mike was on. Letting out an embarresed giggle she started to jabber as fast as she could "IdontmeanthatyoulikecausingpainIjustmeanyouseemtothinkupsomeinterestingwaystodoit...." THe crowd seemed to be thinning now, Waya cutting great loads out of her path and Rhydin shooting holes threw them. Even Antimony's portals were killing the men of quicker, though technically she shouldn't be allowed to do that and Eliza could make them ignore the portals; but it's best to let her have her fun.
"You say sadistic, I say efficient!" Antimony shouted back. She did feel bad about taking such pleasure in destroying the illusions, so she let up a little on the musclemen.
Considering what Eliz had just said Waya had an idea. She released the shadows and levitated above teh group of trampeled muscel men around her. More where swarming in "Moe, Rhydian, get to teh edges I have an idea. It's going to get cramped in here real quick." Waya concentrated and summoned Rhydian, Eliza and Antimony's shadows as well as several others from the control room and even a few from inside the walls. It took all of her concentrtion but she managed to form them into a hump back whale. "Get the idea?" She shouted.
Antimony vanished from the middle of the room and reappeared straddling two portals at one of the high corners. She stared down at Waya confusedly. "...No?" She yelled back.
Waya gave Moe a devilish smile from teh center of the whale shadow "Trust me." she said.
Antimony replied with the same befuddled look. "...Kay?" She replied, removing most all of her portals. Where her black hole was, a thickly packed pile of flesh oozed.
Rhydian looked at Waya suspiciously, but he knew that she would know what she was doing. He released control of the tablehorses and chairdogs and reverted the pooltable creature back to it's original form. He moved quickly to the corner, holding onto a couple of pool ques in case he needed something.
Waya let her control on her levitation slip and 50,000 pounds of pure shadow whale decended upon the hord of muscle men below. holigtraphic blood and body parts squished out from under her as she crushed several dozen of the,
Mime led the twins to the outside of the danger room. "Maybe we should knock?" they asked, not waiting to get an answer. They both leaned forwards and knocked loudly on the door.
Eliza looked round, waited for the sound of the whale hitting the floor to stop, then pressed a button which opened the door to the upstairs room. "Come in" she said, turning back to the veiw.
What the twins didnt know was that a security setting was made on the danger room to keep the two out. They listened to Eliza and opened the door.
Eliza just sat there after a few minutes of frantic typing. Ok, they had not wanted the twins typing on the keyboards but the lazer cannons and spikes had been a bit overkill. She had had to type like the blazes to get them to turn off. Still, if a twin touched the computer they'd activate again.
The twins stepped into the computer room where Eliza was. They had their hands behind their backs and went to both sides of Eliza.
Mime had dropped by the kitchen on his way over, and thus showed up after the twins, even though he had left first. How goes it? he signed to Eliza, gazing out the window at his friends fighting a sea of musclemen.
Eliza smiled gently at Mime, letting out a little sigh "The only one who's managed to get hurt so far is Antimony. A kamakaze muscle man threw himself into her as she was doing that invisable trick."
Both of the twin's faces were bloody and buised. One twin had a black eye while the other had a fat lip, both of their noses were bleeding.
"Ok, so maybe Antimony isn't the only one hurt" Eliza said, standing up and walking towards the twin's "What did you two do?"
"Brotherly love." the two smiled with their lies.
Is she okay? Mime asked worriedly, ignoring the twins' blatant lie.
"Swearing several bodily extras off and trying to spite me at eery turn but yeah, she's fine" Eliza said, flicking Jayden's bruise and sighing before waling back to the chair. "You guys think that's enough for today?" she said into the mic.
"Ow." Jaden grimaced when she flicked at his bruise. Everyone mixes up the two. But now that they had different injuries, one could tell if they found out which one was which.
Mime smiled. That's Antimony, alright, he signed, somewhat releived.
Waya dropped the shadows ad saw that the simulation was no longer running. She called up "Eliza?... we done?"
"Yeah" Eliza said into the mic "You just squashed everyone with a whale, I think that would generaly make people back off. Just leave the danger room and come laugh at the twins"
Waya grimaced about hearing abut teh twins. She pulled Rhydian's shadow "Want a ride?" She asked hlding it open.
Antimony smirked, thinking about the hundreds of musclemen she had destroyed with her practical black hole, and muttered something about favoritism in the system. She ported out of the danger room and into the control room, still massaging her leg.
Rhydian nodded and walked into the shadow portal gladly
Waya walked threw the portal after Rhydian. It opened inside the control room and they stepped out.
The silver blood that they had gotten from their mother seeped out of the twins. One had a fat lip and a bloodied nose while the other had a black eye with a bloody nose as well. They were leaning up against the control panel with their arms crossed.
"What the hell happen to you two?" Waya asked crossing her arms and leaning against the wall "Lovers quarel?"
Rhydian looked at the twins and just stared. "Ummmmmm what in the world?"
"Misunderstanding." the two grinned, leaning back as well, they both were reviewing the information in their heads that Mime had told them. They walked over to Antimony and simply stood on each side of her with their hands in their pockets.
You okay, Antimony? Mime asked, almost reluctantly. He didn't want to make her mad, and the twins were doing that thing again.
"Yeah sure," Antimony replied carelessly. She almost didn't notice the twins to either side of her, or if she did, it didn't fase her.
Waya's eyes narrowed as she watched the twins corner her best friend. She'd always been a degree protective of Moe, even though she kne very well she didn't need it.
Both of the twins placed a single hand on each side of her shoulder and started to rub in a circular motion, "Need a massage?" they asked together.
Antimony practically melted under their hands, feeling little bolts of warmth and electricity shoot up her spine from her muscles. "Ooooh, yes please," She said quickly.
Mime rolled his eyes, glad of Moe's glance at Antimony. At least someone else was looking out for her as opposed to only wanting to use her.
The free hands of the two twins went lower and massaged her love handels, even though she had none. "At your command, my lady..."
Antimony suppressed a giggle and squirmed away from them, being intensely ticklish. She tacked her elbows to her sides, jumping away a few feet. Her leg gave her a sharp pang of pain, and she favored it slightly.
The two noticed her falter slightly, "Do you need tending to your wounds, miss?" Jayden and Jaden bowed to her.
"It's just badly bruised," Antimony explained, rubbing her leg gently, and smiling at their silly gentlemen's valor.
Mime stood quietly at a sort of military at ease position, watching and waiting, as he was prone to do.
"Just name it-" Jaden began,
"-and we shall quickly assist you." Jayden finished. Their wounds were clotting now.
Antimony cocked an eyebrow. "I think you boys are more in need of assistance than I am. What happened, did you get into a fight with a woodchipper?"
They each took her hand and kissed it gently, "Fighting over you, beautiful flower."
Antimony blushed at their gesture, and attempted to recover with, "Silly boys. Don't you know on my planet it is traditional to win the female with rubber doilies and death metal?" She was obviously making this all up on the spot.
Mime shifted his weight uncomfortably, then signed, You forgot the duel to the death at dawn on pogo sticks. An invisible kitten ran around Antimony and the twins' legs.
"Ah...we must've forgotten." Jaden placed a hand on his forehead and pulled his hair back with his hand. It was a very beautiful pose for him.
Jayden made an equally handsome pose and placed his hand up to his chin and winked, "We will simply have to try harder."
Antimony had to admit, when they wanted to be, the twins could be downright adorable. She rolled her eyes. "Down, boys, down," She laughed, waving her hands like they were mischievious dogs. She turned from them and strode over to the window overlooking the danger room. "Hey, there are still a couple of musclemen wandering around."
"Truly?" Jayden asked, walking over, followed by his twin.
"Hadn't Eliza shut it down?" Jaden asked.
"Just means it's got bugs, as usual," Antimony shrugged. "Oh, wait--they're not bugs, they're features!" She grinned cheerfully, amused at her own little geeky joke.
"Want to go down and destroy it? Or are you too sore?" one of the twins offered.
Antimony brushed away the offer. "You guys can have it," She said, opening a portal from inside the room to the danger room floor. She gestured them to go through it. "I'm done for today."
"It's fine. I don't think that Waya would exactly play fair with us as it is." A twin said.
The other placed a hand on his hip, "Espesually since she is in control."
"Suit yourself," Antimony shrugged, closing the portal. "I'm hungry. Is the kitchen still open?"
It was a few minutes ago, Mime signed, So.....yes?
Rhydian placed a reassuring hand on Mime's shoulder, signing the question, Are you alright?
Mime relaxed, grateful of Rhydian's concern. I'm fine, thanks, he signed genuinely.
Did you see me down there? Rhydian asked him curiously. He wanted to know how he did. He thought he had been rather resourceful, but all in all he knew he sucked big time too.
No, I got here after all the excitement was done, Mime confessed apologetically.
The twins looked at eachother and waved their hands innocently, "We can get you something to eat." They knew that Waya would throw a fit when she saw the mess that they made in the rec room.
Rhydian sighed. I want to know how I faired...
"It's not shut down yet, Im working out how you all did. It's kinda taking a while because they kept trampelling each other and I have to delete all the ones the Antimony killed after she was hurt" Eliza said as she sat at the computer and typed as usual.
"Yeah, yeah," Antimony grumbled unhappily. "Don't bother to mention the ones I killed while I was still playing, no," she muttered to herself, folding her arms.
"No, you got.." Eliza mumbled, then the screen flickered slightly and a small screen popped up. With a loud growl she smacked the side of the computer, the screen going blank for a second before going back to normal "Antimony got.... 68 muscle men before she got splatted. Rhydian managed to get 149, mainly because he managed to pen a lot of the guys then squish them. The winner however is Waya with... 413."
"Do not be discouraged, beautiful rose..." the twins began, walking back over to Antimony with a small bow, "You merely started late, did you not?"
"No, I killed a lot more than that with my little black hole alone," Antimony grumbled. "It just stopped counting after I got hit, that's all." She shrugged.
"149? That's all I got?" Rhydian said with a sigh.
"You were saying, flower?" a twin reminded Antimony.
The other one pretended to write in a waiter's pad, "We shall serve you."
"How bout a nice MLT where the mutton is nice and lean, and the tomato is ripe?" Antimony quoted, perfectly fine with sending them on a silly errand. "They're so perky. I love them."
The two bowed together, "At once, my lady." They both adored her. She was the only person that really gave them a chance. Was it because they were both halfbreed aliens? The twins stood and quickly went out of the room to the food court
"Yeah, well it's a good score really" Eliza said to Rhydian, turning the computer off and cricking her back gently. She yawned widely "Next time I want in..."
Waya sneered at the "plating fair" jab and recrossed her arms. "Moe, you do know the are only trying to get into your pants right? They've been doing the same lovey doves shit to me and Eliza since I can remember."
"I know," Antimony admitted guiltily. "But even if I ignore their advances, they're still going to be the twins, so I might as well humor them as far as I'm willing to," She crossed her arms. "Don't even worry about it, Waya." She grinned.
Waya shrugged. "Well according to them I don't play fair and am incharge of everything. So I guess I have to keep my nose in everyone's asses." She redrossed her arms again.
"Okay, mom," Antimony teased with a huff, ""I'll play nice and not lead them on."
That's a nice change of pace, Mime signed snidely.
"Oh, shut up, you," Antimony replied to Mime, not maliciously.
Rhydian shurgged to Eliza's comment. "The only reason I got second place is because Moe got naile.d"
"Ooooh," Antimony scoffed. "I'm in third cause I got nailed, not cause you did any less. Stop being humble and accept the compliment, silly!" She punched him lightly on the shoulder.
Rhydian winced when Antimony punched him. "Ow..." He rubbed his shoulder lightly
"You were in second place cause Waya dropped the whale on them all. You guys were pretty close before that." Eliza said, cracking her knuckles.
The twins walked in calmly. No one could tell that they had just been 'freaking out' nearly ten minutes ago. They both held up a hand to Antimony, holding a white plate with her sandwich on it. It was neat and cut into four pieces. "Your sandwich..."
Antimony laughed in surprise, not actually expecting to get a sandwich. "Omigawd! Thank you, guys, you're such sweeties." She took the plate from them and picked up a piece, biting into it. Her eyes closed and her mouth formed a smile. "Oooomygoodness, this is so good," She said happily through her mouthful.
The two rose from their bow. Little dimples formed as they started to smile. They both quickly turned around and placed a hand at their chins to cover their love-struck smiles and their bright red, blushing cheeks. The twins always kept their cool in front of others and blushing was definitely something that they didn't wanted others to see. "Your welcome."
Antimony giggled in delight at the sandwich. "Man, if the world didn't hate us so much you two could be chefs. Now I know what Miracle Max meant." She bit into it again, brushing the crumbs off her lips.
Waya sat down at the controle pannel muttering something about the twins being 'man whores'
"Nono, Waya, try a bite," Antimony followed her and offered her a piece of the sandwich. "It's like eating a deity. Try it."
"Knowing those two it's probably drugged." Waya scoffed then realized that tranquilizers hardly had an effect on her. She took a bite and her face went expressionless "By the power of Grayskull..."
"I know!" Antimony exclaimed. "Isn't it amazing?" She grinned back at the twins, impressed. "Well, now we know where to go if the kitchen bots shut down," She joked.
When their cheeks went back to their peach tone, the twins looked at Waya with a disappointed and slightly annoyed expression. They didn't understand the slang she was using and figured it was a dis. When Antimony spoke, they could feel their cheeks get warm again, but hid it the best they could, "Really?"
Waya swallowed "Ok, this will be the only time I say this... ever. But... it's good."
The two smiled at their work. "Truly? Thank you so much, princesses..." They looked at Antimony and each blew a kiss, "Only the best, for you...."
Mime spun on his heel and left, his fists clenched. Any more of this and he knew he wouldn't be able to control himself anymore. He left to Alaska, never to be heard of again, and nobody ever missed him.
The twins approached Antimony and took the plate from her. "Oh...you have something on your face." one of the twins said.
They both lifted her chin. Jayden moved closer and licked a little drop of mayo off of her cheek. Jaden did the same and licked from crumbs off her other cheek. All the complimenting brought their spirits up from earlier and they were now their proud, womanizing selves.
Antimony made a high-pitched squeak and pushed them off, blushing furiously. "Eww, cut it out!" She laughed, her tail writhing like a snake as she backed away.
They both bowed a little and looked up at her with large grins, showing their little fangs. The twins took advantage of this perfect moment, "Your-" one began.
"-blushing." the other finished.
Rhydian stole one more look at Waya and then turned and walked out of the danger room without a word. He headed down to the rec room for some personal space.
"You just licked me!" Antimony replied indignantly, trying to redirect the conversation to the important part. She wiped off their spit with the back of one hand. She stared at it with some disgust and then leapt forward, wiping it on one of the twins' shirt with a grand gesture.
"Hey!" "Ew!" The twins winced at the spit on their shirts. They looked back at her with an evil expression. "We like playful girls." With that, they ran at her with their tongues out in an attempt to lick her.
Antimony squealed, giggling, and ran away with her arms over her face. "ONLY IF YOU CAN CATCH ME!" She yelled, opening a portal to a few feet behind them and leaping through it, using this silly technique to keep out of reach.
The twins smirked, "Hey! That's cheating!" They looked about the room frantically, wondering where she would pop out.
Antimony giggled and ported between them, tapping them on the shoulders before quickly retreating through the portal, laughing.
"I think Im in a mad house..." Eliza mumbled, staring at the twins as they darted after Antimony, tongues waggling in mid air.
They tried to go into the portal, but it vanished. They looked at Eliza, "Want some too?" The twins stuck their tongues out at her.
Eliza raised an eyebrow and shook her head "No, Im your cousin and it's gross."
They went over to her and rested their arms on her shoulders from the side. The twins eased in their faces with their togues out, "Just a little bit?" they asked.
Eliza sighed and concentrated. Suddenly her ears shot out, flapping out and hitting the twins in the face. She grinned, her ears massive disks beside her like two huge elephant ears.
"Ow!" They both jumped back, having been hit in both of their sore spots from earlier. The blood on their faces was all wiped clean, but their were still bruised. Jayden and Jaden grabbed their faces and winced.
"I dont like being licked" Eliza said, stroking back her hair as her ears shrunk back to their normal size. Still, she did feel slightly sorry for hurting the twins, they were just playing around.
They both rubbed it off and sighed, "Fine...no fun for you."
Antimony reappeared in a corner, stepping out of the portal as quietly as she could. She was situated behind the twins, so tried not to draw attention to herself.
Jaden and Jayden placed their hands in their pockets and looked upwards, "Come on Antimony...you know it's impossible for us to find you when you port."
Waya watched the disturbing display of sillyness out opf the corner of her eye. She wasn't doing anything of importnce on the computer but a familiar smell caught her sensitive nostrils and she perked up... "Junior?" She pulled a shadow from the console and ported to the rec room.
Antimony couldn't resist the opportunity. She opened a portal right above them and, leaning through it, poked them on the noses with a small "Boop!" Before stepping back to her little corner, her portal closing behind her. "Junior's back?" She muttered.
The twins both jumped back from surprise but quickly regained their cool and calmness. "Really?" one asked.
"Let's go welcome him back." said the other.
Antimony stepped forward and opened a portal to the rec room. "C'mon," she invited, stepping through lightly.
Since everyone else seemed to be leaving Eliza shrugged and walked threw the portal before the twins got the chance, just incase Antimony closed it before she got there.
