Delilus Geography



Delilus is highly mountainous and most farming is done by the use of aquaducts on the sides of mountains where most civilizations are located. And other civilizations are built within the mountains on the ground of the thin valleys. Delilus is abundant in vegetation and bodies of water. There are only three massive rivers and five creeks that branch out from them. The forests are dense like the jungles of the Amazon, however there aren't as many diseases and harmful toxins. These forests are always misty and appearing mysterious; they hold many secrets. As you get closer west, forests and the earth slowly grow black and dead. This is because there is a lot of volcanic activity the farther west you travel. That is where the Black Union resides. All around the continent is the Placid Ocean and it is told that the ocean is the most beautiful to view in the east during sunset. There is a rumor that the most gorgeous of auroras appear on the horizon.


Creatures of Delilus



Every creature that inhabits Delilus are much like that of earth, except there are also those that were thought to only be of legend. Mythical beasts and races live from every inch and corner of Delilus, bringing even more beauty and glory to it's surface. A recently discovered species would include the Equibalisk. It is a demon hose whose DNA is blended with that of a dragon.They are always black and purple on color and their eyes are pure white. They are thought to lack a soul, causing them to be easily trainable like horses. Although, these beasts are naturally aggressive, breathing violet flames. If trained properly they can take the personality of their owner. The Kingdoms



Sar'dan



Sar'dan is now the main "Kingdom of Light" and is the only hope for the Good Light to survive. Good Light and Dark Light are believed to be deities that control the very balance of Delilus. Anyways, the inhabitants are a mixture of races and intelligent animal species. The main castle is located on a high mountain by a lake that was originally a dead volcano. A waterfall comes down into it from the mountain top. Forests surround the kingdom entirely and the whole kingdom is spread out over these mountains. They are called Xylus Mountains.


Sandurn



Was a "Kingdom of Light" before it was destroyed. Survivors merged with Sar'dan. Not much is known about it. However, the inhabitants were made up of a variety of races.


Helvina



Inhabitants are made up of dark races, both beautiful and terrible. (more will be added later)


Volkrar



Volkrar is made up of races monsterous and demonic. Magic is focused on necromancy and communicating with evil spirits. (more will be added later)
