Me
I just try to stay in shape. There really is no way to describe me in a whole, or in any one stereotype. Passion and love are the motivating forces in my life and I would be willing to do anything for my beautiful Heather Mae and next to anything for my 1977 Ford LTD.
I feel very at home in the gym. I might be a skinny little white boy of 5 feet and 10 inches tall and weighing in at only 155 pounds, but I can hold my own. My father has taught me what he knows about boxing, and that's a lot, coming from his prestigious boxing career in the Marine Corps and Amateur Leagues.
In the weight room I look little but I put up as much or more than most of those guys literally twice my size for a regular workout, though I'm sure than most of them could max out a lot higher than myself. Just to be boring and bland, I'll put the max lifts that I know here:
Barbell Curl: 120 pounds
Barbell Bench Press: 205 pounds
French Press: 100 pounds
Skullcrushers: 145 pounds
And I know I can clean and jerk over 165.
But I do not exercise my legs unless by running, working, or getting in the boxing ring and staying on them.
I can run a 6 minute mile and 10:30 mile and a half and do 16 pull-ups. I can probably get over 100 crunches in two minutes and should be able to muster 54 consecutive perfect push-ups. So to equate everything into a Marine Corp PFT I would score about 240, which qualifies as a Grade A PFT.
