Personality: Blake is impulsive, rash, and talks without thinking. He's quick to anger and judges others. He's unapologetic, fierce, and unafraid of fighting. His hatred of Rocket Pack knows no end.

Appearance: Blake is somewhat short, about 5'8". He's very lean but well muscled. His heavily gelled red hair sticks out every direction and falls in thick locks over his face. He wears a yellow tank tee with red jeans and a blue belt that his pokeballs are clipped onto. His facial features are angular, with slightly sunken cheeks, high, jutting cheekbones, and a pointed chin. His eyes make him look older, they are a hard, cold blue, somewhat sunken and surrounded by dark circles from lack of sleep.

History: When the Rocket Pack came to power, Blake's parents joined a resistance cell called "L'Arc de Foment." This rebellion, through espionage, theft, and violence, seeks to overthrow team rocket. They raised their young son in a military setting, moving from safe house to safe house, hiding from authorities. He was brought up harshly, raised in part by urban commandos. He grew to hate Team Rocket with a patriotic passion. When his parents were captured and executed three years ago, Blake dedicated his life to causing as much destruction to Rocket Pack operations as possible. Using his background as a trained guerrilla, as well as his own hobbies of disguise and acrobatics, Blake, under the guise of the terrorist known as "Smoking Ruin," Blake has used arson to devastate key Rocket fronts. He's now world famous after the firebombing that destroyed Silph Co. in Saffron City. He's committed over ten total major acts of arson with his fire pokemon. Perhaps his sense of justice and fiery passion attracted the Legendary Phoenix Ho-Oh to take him.
