2006-07-03 [dew_farie]: Wow, you have alot of work to do before anyone will even consider your application. List what you have done, What you will do, things you have participated in, like elftown official contests, wiki's you have started that have gotten around, or even if they haven't. Let them know that you know what you are doing. Knowing the forums is a very good thing as well.

2006-07-04 [dew_farie]: If you need help, let me know, I can help you make it better, I was chosen just a few months ago to be a council member. Punctuation is a MUST. to get the wiki's to be clickable, do this, insert wiki name@wiki, but put that inside [], and it will show up as clickable. Proper grammer. capitalize you I's. Spelling is a must as well, knowing how to spell properly is one of the main things that are looked at. You don't need page after page of fluff, but get your point across.
