Typical bounty amounts from the government:
Theft: Usually about 1/2 of what the person has stolen, more if the people setting the bounty need to Set An Example.
Murder: 60-90k. Multiple murders: 90-120k.
Forgery: 10k, if that.
Minor crimes: $300 to $1000.
High bounty to look for: anything above 50k.

These are government prices. Private bounties can be more or less, depending on if the organization wants their blood and if the organization has that kind of cash to spend.

It takes about $1,000 a week to live for a Hunter. If you live a really, really shitty life. Blame inflation.

Name: Tak
Race: Quarter pixie, different species from the fae.
Age: 22
Description: He has a shock of white hair in the front serving as bangs, and the rest of his hair is brightly rainbow colored and swept back into a short hairstyle. Nobody really knows if it’s his natural hair color or not; his ‘mother’ has rainbow hair, but his mother didn’t. You’re welcome to see if the carpet matches the drapery, but he’s not a slut. He’s kinda tall, 5’9”, and quite scrawny. He has a few piercings on his pointed ears but nothing too much, as the cartilage there is easily weakened. Tak also has shockingly blue eyes, now complete with black bags under them. He is not terribly pale but cannot tan to save his life.
Personality: Can get squeaky when he gets nervous, has a tendency to Serious the Fuck Up when on the wrong end of a gun, but he’s also rather ‘whatever’ about the whole bounty thing. Once he figures out how to do it without leaving traces, he’ll hack into the police database and change his bounty, but he gets distracted easily. He’s incredibly intelligent but lacks common sense.
Strengths/Weaknesses: Is very tricky and knows computers like the back of his hand--he's the go-to guy when it comes to anything involving hacking. Can write a program to set a trap in under two minutes on any system. He's not strong and can't fight, he can't even run fast. He also has the power of illusion, like most pixies, and can disguise himself for short amounts of time. However, unlike a full pixie, his illusions can't extend past himself (his surrogate mother could cast a spell that would make a person walk off a cliff happily) and any actual full-blooded pixie would see through his disguise in a heartbeat.
History: His mother (half-pixie) married a human and had him, but died soon after. Her half-sister (full pixie) took care of him since he was five. Now they look the same age, but that’s what’s fun. He took to computers like a fish to water, and has hacked into major computer banks for funsies, a federal crime. He was never caught for that; what gets him is the one time he was caught counting cards at a casino, but switching disguises like a madman so they never caught him until later. Not technically illegal, but this is a private bounty, not through the typical means. He's living wherever he can, usually in random rooms, couching it where possible or paying for hotel rooms under fake names. He doesn't sleep a lot.
Bounty Amount: 40k. Wanted ALIVE.

Name: Squealer
Race: Magic experiment gone wrong.
Age: Who the hell knows.
Description: He is hunched over, although does not actually have a hunchback, just what appears to be a crippling case of scholeo. So he's rather short; at the highest point, he's 4'9". His clothes are usually pretty disgusting, all graying and rattered and ugly. He bathes, but his job keeps him dirty. His hair is a mat of brown dreads and his eyes are beady, almost black. His face is general disfigured; use your imagination.
Personality: He's sneaky and backstabbing, but nobody trusts him anyway so no worries. He's also very eager to please but would prefer your money to your kindness.
Strengths/Weaknesses: Can sneak around quite well. His job as a junk collector gives him juicy gossip as he shuffles around unnoticed, and the things he knows are amazing. He's often the first go-to guy for people in need of information. And he's an ugly cripple. Come on. He is a weakness.
History: Was caught trying to steal in a lab, an experiment was performed on him, and bam. You get the slimy creepy you have today.
Bounty Amount: $100, very small amount, some say just to keep him irreputable.

Name: Lance
Race: Moon Elf
Age: 112 (24-Human Equivelant)
Description: Lance is a slender elf, weighing in about 145 pounds and 5'9 feet high. His most remarkable quality is his shining grey eyes(he still has pupils though.) His "work" keep him in shape, a finely toned body that has pale skin. Due to his pale skin he usually wears dark clothes to hide in the shadows. He had shining light hair but being in the theif business, that didn't do him well so he shaves his head whenever it starts to shine again.
Personality: Lance has a clever mind, which usually makes him arrogant and cocky. Even though he is hunted that doesn't stop him from trying to be the life of the party. He also is a ladies man and whenever he isn't working a job his mind is usually on the opposite sex, if they are good looking of course.
Strengths/Weaknesses: Being a moon elf, Lance can turn invisible ONLY for two minutes tops and he becomes visible again if he moves. His weakness is his greed, if he sees something of great wealth he is almost driven to steal it.
History: Lance grew up on the streets, being raised by hobos and such. He quickly learned the art of stealing, pick locking, etc. After a hundred years of perfecting this talent, Lance soon went on to steal bigger and better things, such as art and gold. Everything was going well for him until he stole a very old classic car from a politician that was worth a hundred thounsand dollars. Since the politician was close to the officials who ran the bounty hunting business, instead of giving Lance the bounty of only 50k, the politician raised it to 100k so that his revenge would happen quicker. Ever since Lance has been keeping his head down but it is hard to do such a thing when you're usually the life of the party.

Name: Flynn Criofan
Race: The Fair Folk. He looks and sounds Irish.
Age: Older then the hills and younger then the moon.
Description: In human form he's about 5'5''. Other then that he can be as small or large as he wants. Size is a relative concept to the fair folk. He has wild untamed red hair and eyes that are constantly shifting between various colors of blue. His face is long with a pointed chin and smallish nose. His ears are at a slight point but nothing too noticeable. Wide grinning smile with extremely white teeth. Lots of freckles all over his face and body. He's small and built with lean muscles and a tight stomach. He's surprisingly strong and quick. His hands and feet are small which he finds rather embarrassing.
Personality: Flynn is an out going adventurous kind of fellow. Loves a good joke and laughs a lot. He's a pretty sweet guy to most people although like every good Irishman he has a bit of a temper. He's clever and crafty and is pretty damn sneaky. He's the king of smooth talking and can talk his way out of most situations. He loves to meddle in peoples business and finds delight in creating minor chaos. Despite being a thief and a sneaky little bastard he's a pretty dandy lad.
Strengths/Weaknesses: Fast, crafty, and smart. He's fair folk so he can enchant people, make things disappear, has mild telepathic talents and the ability to shape shift into a small red fox or a large black raven. He's good with hand to hand and close range weapons like knives, and while he may not be all that strong he uses his speed well.  He can not hold his drink at all and he's really not the best with guns. He has pretty bad aim. 
History: His history his unclear and he likes to keep people guessing about it.

Name: Glasica "Glass Viper"
Race: Sphinx-like (Egyptian style - Panther with snake scales along the legs)
Age: 28
Description: Sleek black fur covers her feline body while short, very dark brown hair covers her face. Glasica wears a hood to hide her pale human skin but her golden amber eyes glow from the darkness it creates. Other then a human head, neck and collarbone, the rest of her body is 90% panther. Gray blue scales protect the tops of her limbs and her tail, which happens to be more furred and pointed then a normal cat tail. Sharp claws are hidden within her large paws as well as oversized canines beneath her lips.
Personality: Solitary, roams the roofs with predatory coldness. She prefers to kill first ask questions later and WILL eat human fleshies. Likes vanilla ice cream and vanilla soy milk.
Strengths/Weaknesses: Agile, quick, and lithe. Will never be seen in the daylight unless forced. Hates other cats, prefers dogs. Allergic to caffeine. Unlike her ancestors she has no natural ability to flip in midair. Throwing her off a roof (though most likely hard to do) could cause her demise. Also has no opposable thumbs.
History: Unknown.
Bounty Amount: 120K
What their rap sheet says: Suspected for numerous dog kidnappings and cat killings. Suspected for a few dozen missing cases of early morning garbage collectors. Has killed several stargazers and club goers.

Name: Trey Teague
Race: American, White
Age: 32
Description: He wears grey suit pants and a white shirt with a loose black tie under a grey suit jacket. His hair is grey with age and hes never seen with out a pair of designer shades and shoes on. He also carries a concealed .50cal desert Eagle handgun.
Personality: Trey is a total enigma to others. on the outside he seems just like a classy normal man but he has a huge bounty on him. Other than that he prefers to just go about his life and drink a lot.
Strengths/Weaknesses: Trey can think his way out of any situation and is a master of Chinese kung fu. On the other hand he tends to butt into other peoples busniess and is sometimes hit by random seizures, which he controls with medication. however as he is a hunted, chances of getting his medicine are auctually rare.
History: Trey has been accused and convicted of 64 known murders of humans and other races, also of escaping from a super-max prison.
Bounty Amount: 160k and rising.
What their rap sheet says: Wanted for the murders of over 60 know beings, possibly more unknown and for prison escape and evading pursuit.
