Description: Short black hair and pale skin. He has brown eyes, but when he’s feeding they switch to blue. He stands at about a short 5’5” and is rather muscled. He usually has a scar of some sort on his body, but they continue to heal until they disappear, which only takes a few years. He has a black tattoo of a winged, maned dragon breathing fire. It is made of magicked ink and will never fade or be marred by any injury. It is totally covered AT ALL TIMES.
Personality: Kind of a cocky bastard, he’s a little too rash for his own good. He hates Hunted, but he’s still hesitant to kill them, and if they’re on the wrong side of the law for the wrong reason he backs off. It’s probably because he knows the law can be, for lack of a better word, fucked up. He smokes like a chimney and it’s probably just due to his vampiric nature that he doesn’t have cancer or yellow teeth. Yet.
Strengths/Weaknesses: Yes, he’s allergic to silver, and for whatever reason rose thorns cut through his skin like a cleaver through soft butter. Holy water burns his skin but should more be used as a distraction, and crosses/Bibles in the hands of believers do about the same. In the hands of non-believers, it’s a stick and a book. He’s sensitive to light, but often wears sunscreen and sunglasses to counteract that. He actually likes garlic, although too much and the smell is strong. He has sensitive sight, hearing, and smell, is stronger and faster than the average human. He has to feed at least a little every other day or he will start to fade. He can be killed by chopping his head off or draining his blood entirely, but everything else he has a chance of healing from (although he could be on the brink of death for a while). He lacks a strong survival sense.
Weapon of choice: He has a semi-automatic handgun, several knives, and his fangs.
History: He actually has a bounty on him, but nobody knows that. Last time he had a partner was his lover, who was killed by a Hunted. He went after the Hunted only to find out that they were heavily entrenched in the police system, and for whatever reason highly protected. He still went after them, and it ended up that he emerged from the raging inferno of a four-car pile-up, severely burned from head to toe, having just obliterated a good six cops and his bounty. That lead to a famous bounty for the person with a tattoo of a maned dragon on his back-the only detail they could see on his mangled, charred body as he walked away. Of course, they finally deduced that he might be a Hispanic man standing a few inches taller than Edom actually was.

Description: Tall, at least 6’2”, according to the rumors. Wide shoulder, muscular. Supposedly moves like the wind. Wears either a black suit or some other black outfit. Face is hidden. Probably male. Voice has been heard once, sounded like half his voice box had been removed: very quiet and gravelly.
Personality: Uh… silent.
Strengths/Weaknesses: Moves like the wind, can sneak up on the strongest people around. Obviously trained by a higher-up. He’s a mountain of a man, so he wouldn’t be that hard to miss even without the disguise, but he never seems to show up in public.
Weapon of choice: Likes to slice people’s throats, so obviously has knives hidden on him.
History: Appeared recently and is killing Hunted. He’s not taking the rewards.

Name: Jane Jones (obviously a fake name)
Race: Mermaid
Age: 22
Description: Straight blue hair that just hits her chin frames a round face, with bangs that cover her forehead. Her grey eyes seem vacant. Her tail is incredibly long, with a mixture of lavender, blue and green scales throughout. When she dries off her tail, it splits in two and becomes human legs. Likewise, if her legs get wet, they turn back into a tail. She has a variety of costumes that she wears for work, but the club she works for likes to play up her fishiness, so she’s often put in an uncomfortable jeweled bikini or – with much convincing – a seashell bra.
Personality: She has a sharp wit and biting sarcasm that most customers don’t expect, but find intriguing. She’s flirtatious, but not in the usual sense; she treats people like shit and somehow makes them want her even more for it. Not a particularly sentimental person, she has no desire to return to the sea or unite with any fellow merfolk.
Strengths/Weaknesses: Flexible and agile, and as a mermaid an incredibly strong swimmer. She isn’t particularly strong and doesn’t do well with confrontations, which is why she prefers to be sneaky about her kills.
Weapon of choice: Poison. She likes the subtle, clean approach. However, she has been known to keep a small dagger on her person, though in her skimpy stripper outfits no one is quite sure where.
History: Jane was brought to land when she was very young and has spent most of her time living in large cities like Acco. Few merfolk actually live at sea anymore, having moved to the industrialized parts of the world in order to survive. However, there is a movement within the community to return to the sea. Jane has no interest in this movement, and thinks the sea is too polluted to be livable anymore. A strong-willed child, she left home as soon as she could, traveling whenever she felt antsy and taking whatever job that was convenient and available. About a year ago she found herself in Acco, where she got a decent job stripping at a local club. She takes on bounties when she can to earn some extra cash, but rarely takes government jobs.

Description: She has gray almond shaped eyes and dark blond wavy hair. Alice has a round gentle looking face. She has a small slightly upturned nose and full pretty lips. Her skin is an average tone with a smattering of freckles across the bridge of her nose. She has straight white teeth and a pleasant smile. She's slightly on the plump side but not over weight by any means, rather she's naturally heavy set with a pretty hourglass figure that gives her a seductive air without her even having to try.
Personality: Alice was a cheerful, good natured person and a bit of a free spirit. She was always looking for the silver lining in bad situations and had a generally good outlook on life. She's very open with her emotions and affection and is extremely loyal to her friends. She's not quick to anger but if you manage to upset her then you better duck and cover. After her parents were killed her outlook on life was thrown off kilter and she lost a lot of faith in humanity. She tries to maintain a positive out look but revenge has clouded her judgement and she sometimes takes unnecessary risks. She became a Hunter partly for vengeance and partly because she felt she owed it to the memory of her family. It's all about keeping up appearance for Alice, so on the surface she may seem light and carefree, but underneath she's two steps away from an emotional breakdown. 
Strengths/Weaknesses: She's honest which is probably both a strength and a weakness. She's good a deductive reasoning. She's a top notch shot. She's far to trusting, and despite everything she been through is still slightly naive. Although she's very good with weapons she's really not good when it comes to hand to hand combat. 
Weapon of choice: Hand guns. Automatic weapons. Most artillery. She has a vast knowledge of chemicals and has been known to use magical relics for time to time.
History: Alice grew up living with her parents and sister in London. When she was 10, her family moved to Acco for her fathers job. Always a good student and she ended up attending Cambridge University where she studied chemistry. While she was in her last year of college her parents and little sister where murdered in a burglary gone wrong. She took their deaths hard but ended up channeling her anger into becoming a Hunter. Her father had been a cop so she knew more then a few things about defense and artillery.

Age: Though to be between the ages of 25-35
Description: Always seen in a red trench coat, red hat, and knee high patent leather black boots. Aside from Carmen’s clothing, Carmen’s exact appearance remains a mystery. Carmen’s skin coloring is olive or light brown. Carmen’s hair is dark brown or black. Red lipstick trademarks are left on clues.
Personality: Carmen enjoys being flashy and loves media attention. The more press coverage the better. Also, Carmen is proud to be a master thief and a skilled martial artist. Carmen enjoys action/adventure and ninja movies. Carmen idolizes Indiana Jones (hence the hat and occasional use of a whip).
Strengths/Weaknesses: Carmen refrains from seriously debilitating anyone; however if you get in the way prepare to be stunned. Literally, stunned. Carmen is quick and skilled in martial arts. Strengths include martial art skills, using and bypassing high tech security and technology, knowledge of multiple languages, inconspicuous nature (regardless of red wardrobe), and ability to “disappear.” Weakness include being human and obviously killable (if caught). Also, Carmen is aphenphosmphobia; meaning an irrational and inexplicable fear of human touch.
Weapon of choice: Carmen uses several weapons or “tools” to assist thievery. Stun guns, whips, ninja stars, throwing knives are favorites. Carmen also occasionally uses samurai swords (though mostly for show and sword play).
History: Carmen’s parents were small time crooks. If you call 3 bank jobs and 2 Vegas hotels heists small. They were never caught and disappeared when Carmen was 17. Since then, Carmen has spent time perfecting the craft of big time thievery or grand theft of jewelry, priceless art, artifacts, other rare items and the occasional runway garment. Carmen moves from place to place stealing and selling artifacts, art and jewels. Carmen’s alias hunts other big time thieves and cat’s-paws to help thin out the competition. The occasional small time crook is also turned in by Carmen’s alias. Carmen’s alias in unknown.
