Intro

the story
Aurum, the golden age of mankind, has come to an end. All what remains of the once great cities are smouldering ruins inhabited with the commoners that survived and the bandits that started it. Those that can try to get into one of the castles that still stand. Now, 5 years after the fall of Arsan, small towns are beginning take form in and outside the castle walls. Yet the Bandits have not ended their spree of destruction. In order to survive, those that can hire Mercenaries to protect them and preform all sorts of missions.

the roleplay
You are one of those mercenaries, and together with your party, you travel the world, helping those who need it, or joining the bandits' spree of destruction. Much as in D&D, the world and all that happens in it is controlled by the GM (game master), and your character is free to do whatever he/she wants.
