We found a kitten and I don't want to give it to animal welfare because they don't have a no kill thing, and no one else will for sure take it, but we can't keep it either. I pray it turns out ok, that kitten is just lovely. She's so nice and adapts well and i must say i find myself attatched to her.

You might try to work with water to help ease the pain, and I always like to go into a meditative state, with a bowl of water in front of me, and then put my hands over the bowl or chalice or dixie cup (if you're poor, like me) or w/e, and then imagine sending your emotions out through your hands and into the water. The water will accept it, seeing as it dominates over emotion, but it won't release you of all pain, and be prepared to start crying like a baby whilst doing it. *fumes* did that in front of my friend one time... not cool at all...
