Blackthorne: The Shadowmoor

To the far south of Blackthorne is the swamplands that have been aptly named, The Shadowmoor. Darkness seems to permiate from the tainted lands. There have been only a few attempts to map the are but none have come back succesfully. No one is sure if it's because of how treacherous the terrain is or if it is something else. There have been reports of unknown shadows moving about within the dismal place, but there are those that dismiss it as wive's tales invented to scare their children into being good.
